Description of Work: Replaced a valve, replaced a drain trap, checked multiple valves and disconnected requested valves for other work to be done later.

Description of Work: Replaced our gas-fired side-vented water heater. Both intake and exhaust pipes are in a single concentric pipe; the in/out pipe exits the heater from the top, travels about 2 feet, then makes a 90 degree turn and exits the side of the house. This type of heater exhaust was necessary because there is a room above the garage. The appointment to replace the heater was set the day after I called. The workers showed up on time, set to work immediately, and did an excellent, professional job, hauling away the old heater and connectors. The job was done in a few hours, and by noon we had hot water. I couldn't be more pleased with the job. The Stone (brand-name) heater installed does not require any electrical connection to function, and will continue to heat water even in power outages, a feature I had not been aware of. So, I am also pleased with the knowledge and competence of the provider.

Description of Work: Installed GFI outlet in crawl space and tightened faucet for kitchen sink and adjusted faucet in mud room sink. They were punctual and professional.

Description of Work: I called Streamline Plumbing to help repair two toilets and replace two faucets. The plumber who came to my home was courteous and on-time. | |After he left, I realized one toilet and one faucet were still leaking. I called Streamline Plumbing, and the service manager promptly responded to my complaint. He went above and beyond to ensure the problems were resolved quickly and to my complete satisfaction. He explained that Streamline Plumbing normally does not require second visits to fix problems, and that my satisfaction was important to them. A second plumber was sent to correct the problem the same day, and I could tell he was both experienced and conscientious about his work. All repairs were properly fixed and I'm happy with the end result. | |Even though my repairs required more than one visit to fix, I believe this was unusual for the company. I would call them again for future repairs and I would recommend them to a friend. A special thank you goes to the service manager for placing a high importance on customer satisfaction. |
