Description of Work: I had bought the deal to install two light fixtures, but I added a third light into the work order. The guy showed up a little later than originally estimated, but Streamline called me twice to update me on the status of his arrival, so that helped alot. He worked quickly and got everything up and working on no time. While he was there, I asked for his opinion on another issue I was having that may require future work. I ended up needing to replace a 4-way switch, which he took care of while he was there (even though he had to actually go buy the switch since he didn't have one in his truck). I don't know how their pricing compares, but I was happy with the overall experience.

Description of Work: Installed two ceiling fans. The installer had to go out get a different hanging rod because the one we had did not work. This added to the costs, but was necessary. We were very pleased with both the work performed and the friendly and professional worker. We would certainly use this company again and recommend them.

Description of Work: Replace water heater. I was planning a party when I discovered I had no hot water. They came that day and installed a new one making sure everything worked. In addition, I had a suv with a dead battery partially blocking the closet in which the hot water heater was located. They pushed it out of the way and then pushed it back when they were finished so I could close the garage door. These guys don't play when it comes to service. Great company.

Description of Work: I tried one of the "big" companies that advertises a lot who had done work at my house. However, despite telling me I was on an emergency list, I could not get a confirmation when they would come out. After a full day, I called again and was told they might be able to come by Tue. after leading me to believe they would come the previous day. That was when I called Streamline. They were SUPER helpful, dispatched someone that day (a holiday Saturday). The technician rushed to the supply store because he knew it was closing at noon and got all that he thought he would need to fix my hot water heater. He was prompt, identified the problem, had the part, and had us with hot water in less than an hour. If I hadn't called them, I'd still have been waiting on the "big" firm another three days. From now on, all my plumbing needs will be met by Streamline. They're superior!

Description of Work: Installed water line to the ice maker in our refrigerator, installed cut off valve to our dishwasher and cut off valves for our sink. The work was done very professionally, but took longer than I anticipated. I was given a quote for the cost of the work, but was a little surprised that it cost as much as it did.

Description of Work: The appointment was for installing a garbage disposal. We had other issues with the kitchen sink plumbing which he also fit into the appointment and came in under his estimate for the additional service. He was very good at explaining what he was doing and what was needed.

Description of Work: Installed surge protectors. The special price covers a small house but is far from adequate for a large house. Also I was disappointed to learn that it only protects again minor surges in the grid, not something like a lightning strike.
