After calling a couple of other places that couldn't see me the same day (water was pouring out of the top so it was an emergency), Streamline was able to come within the hour. The technician Allen Price got there quickly, assessed the situation and said we needed a new tank. He tried several places and noone had a 75 gallon propane water heater. Apparently there're hard to find. So he recommended a tankless but then again since it was Friday, nothing could be done until the next week. He stopped the water flowing out, and then he and the electrician Jerry C. came out promptly as agreed the next week and installed the tankless. They were quite professional, efficient, and friendly. They were not pushy, We were given several texts and emails along the way about when they'd be out, etc.

My water bill was unusually high so we called Streamline. I had them out on 2 previous occasions and the work and experience was excellent. We just moved to the area so I thought we had found our plumbing service. I may have to rethink that. Jason came out, did an assessment and determined that a couple of leaking toilets were the reason for the high water bill. They gave us an estimate that seemed high IMO for changing toilet mechanisms, but since they had done such great work previously, I proceeded. We haven't received a water bill yet, so not sure if it worked. And one of the toilets doesn't flush as easily as it did before it was "fixed". That being said, since I moved forward with the work, the discharge fee I paid should have been refunded. Mistakes happen, so I called the office and was told they would look into it and "call me back". A few days passed without a call, so I called them again. I was told the same thing. They would look into it and "call me back". Several days later, I called, they took my credit card number, and I was told it would be refunded to my credit card in "5 business days". That was 3+ weeks ago so I called again yesterday. Guess what. Let me look into it and "I'll call you back" in a few minutes. Sent them a message through Angie's List and not a word. On the day they were supposed to come out, the 2 hour window they provided was closing, which is not normal for them, so I called the office and was told that they mismanaged the appointment. I couldn't reschedule for another day as I have a very tight schedule. They gave me a "5% discount for the inconvenience" and came out about 90 mins after the arrival window closed. Additionally, I had a water test done without a response to date. As stated earlier, it's been over 3 weeks. The discharge fee is ~$79 (still not refunded). I will now have to find another plumber for less than $100, not to mention the time I had to take out of my schedule to call them 4 times. Doesn't seem like good business to me.

A thorough diagnostic evaluation of the problem was conducted to locate the cause of the problem. Once located by the electrician (Jerry from Streamline Plumbing and Electric) it was promptly corrected. It turns out that the original wiring for the home was poorly installed, however, Jerry was able to fix it in a couple of hours. We have used Streamline previously and they have always and continue to be very professional and competent in every aspect. Jerry is patient in listing to his customers and very good in communicating both the problem and the resolution for correcting it. We highly recommend him and the services of the company. P. Murdock

Removed old hot water tank and replaced it with a tankless hot water heater. Work was done in crawl space with less than six feet height available in work area. All done in a few hours last September. It's now the following August (11 months or so later). Everything seems to be working okay. Workmen were polite, professional, timely, focused on the job, carried away all the old parts and cleaned up well---we were quite pleased with the whole process.

The technician was helpful and professional. He installed a weatherproof electrical outlet, tested it to see that it was working properly and showed me its features. I did not have the light installed in the attic due to cost. I opted to get another estimate and the technician was very cordial and agreeable to my doing this.

I don't know the cost, my wife took care of that. It was two workers. They did wear booties and cleaned up after themselves.

These guys were excellent. Professional, courteous, and patient. They explained everything in detail and offered us multiple options for our issue. Old hot water heater was hauled away and they left no mess.

My service person Jason H was excellent, he was very professional, he found the problem quickly and gave tips about my water system.

Work was done quickly and efficiently. Tech explained the additional cost required and asked me if I wanted him to still do the job. He clearly explained that additional charge and gave me chance to not have the work done. I should have said no that 93.00 additional to install that cover would negate any savings that this deal had offered. That is one hundred percent on me that I allowed job to go forward when I did not feel that high of an additional charge was at all justified. On the spot, I made the wrong decision to agree to pay 93.00 for 5.00 cover part and labor to put it around the spot. Additional time to put in that guard was minimal. Again, this is not to blame the tech as I foolishly agreed to it being done. Also, he came back up to the door to check with me about how he had directed the light bulbs. Tech took old light (with my old bulbs), I wish I had thought to ask that he leave it for me. Usually, workers leave the old parts by our trash cans. All in all, very professional install job but wound up paying almost double what I thought in order for spot to get installed due to needing exterior ring.

Great! After some experiences with some not-so-good competitors, I discovered Streamline in June 2009 and I don't think to call anyone else for my plumbing, electrical (and now HVAC) needs. I've recommended them to friends and neighbors. I've always appreciated their professionalism, prompt response, education so that I can be a better informed home owner, and courtesy.

The electrician arrived on time and was able to complete the work without needing to obtain additional parts. He explained exactly what he was going to do and provided a firm price. The work went smoothly and quickly. We would definitely hire this company again.

Streamline responded the same day to provide recommendations and quotes. They completed the work in less than a day, and were very professional and efficient.

Jerry was quick with the installation, very professional & a very neat worker! No mess left for me to clean up!! He also showed us new fixtures to replace our pot lights in the kitchen ceilings that put out so much more light, and no heat!! I can't believe how much brighter the room is now!! Thanks Jerry C.!!!

We discovered a leak in our toilet as we were leaving town. We made arrangements for Streamline to come while our dog sitter was here. We had to discuss everything by phone. We ended up needing more than we originally thought, so the bill was $575 which was more than we thought it would be by a factor of 5. Our dogsitter was very impressed with their workmanship and professionalism and over the phone, they did a good job describing my options for repair.

All went very well. They were professional, courteous, prompt and tested the gas cooktop burners before leaving once the gas was turned on. A complete success!

Great folks. They coordinated well, got the job done when promised, came back for any follow up, as necessary. They needed a little reminder to get the inspection scheduled/completed within the county guidelines, but all went off without a hitch. The only thing I would have liked them to have done differently would have been to let me tie my bushes back instead of them cutting a path through them to get a shorter route to my foundation (waiting for them to grow back so my neighbors can't see my new water heater so easily). Not a huge deal.

Wonderful. The scheduling was easy and very accommodating, communication was excellent, Trevor was on time, professional and courteous and took great care with our carpets and house as he was working.

Matthew V. was punctual, knowledgeable, responsive to our questions, personable, and efficient. He gave us an estimate before starting the work, and had everything on hand to fix the issues. He explained a couple of issues that we may decide to do in the future but didn't try to pressure us. I would highly recommend Streamline, and I will ask for Matthew V to come back again if the need arises. The person who scheduled the service was very nice and flexible, and they were able to send someone to our house on the same day.

Staff were professional and extremely pleasant ... from the person who answered the phone and scheduled the repairman to the repairman himself. Work was performed promptly that day, with photos and excellent documentation of the problem and the repairs made. Couldn't ask for better service!
