The project went very well. We placed a call to set up an appt., and got scheduled within a few days. The electrician, Jerry, was extremely personable, on time and completed the project within the estimated time frame. We did have to call him back to make a minor adjustment but he responded immediately and corrected what had to be done.

Excellent experience from the time I called to use by "Big Deal". The receptionist was friendly, professional & very accommodating of my schedule. The service provider was professional & efficient. He explained every step of the service.

The electrician that came out, Jerry was very nice and friendly. He always cleaned up after himself really well. He had a hand vacuum so he would get every bit of dust. He was great.

Streamline did a great job and resolved the issue completely.

We used the Big Deal to have them install two lights in our kitchen. Everything went well. Coincidentally, an outlet in a bathroom wasn't working. They quickly determined that all that was needed was to reset the breaker. No charge for this. We will likely use them next time we need an electrician.

Their worked has turned out beautifully, and I’ve been more than pleased with their service. They arrive exactly on time, and they are very professional and courteous. I will absolutely call them again.

Everything went very well. The only thing that caught me off guard was the pricing was a little high, but they did a fantastic job. Get a quote before starting work.

I made the appointment and was told that they would call as soon as the technician left for my home. When I was called, they said it would take about 30 minutes to get there. Jerry arrived 32 minutes later! He introduced himself at the door, put on booties to protect our carpet, and walked in to assess the job. He immediately said that will be no trouble. The package in the new fixture had the wrong screws for the junction box, but he had the correct ones in his truck. After installing the fixture successfully, he advised me about another electrical problem that has been troubling me. After looking at the problem for a minute or two, he told me that my worry was invalid. I'll fix this in a few minutes. He then removed all of the waste from the fixture installation. Jerry did an absolutely excellent job. I wouldn't consider having anyone else do electrical work for me. Use them and you will be very pleased.

Very well. Very professional, did not have necessary part, left iimmediately and returned in 1/2 hour with correct part and completed in 1/2 hour.

On Sunday (8/7), we replaced the sink and faucet in our kitchen but the drainage did not align correctly. We called early Monday morning requesting for a technician to assist with problem. A 2-hr time frame was given and Mike Sweet (technician) arrived ahead of the window. Before any work was done, Mike assessed the situation, told me the cost and gave me several options. He had all the materials required in his "mobile hardware store" truck and went to work promptly. Mike had to cut the main drain line to rotate it about 20 degrees, switched the garbage disposal to the other side and hooked up everything (including my faucet lines). He also tested the sink drains, plumbing and dishwasher for leaks prior to calling the job success. Afterwards, he cleaned up everything involved with the job and took some notes for future shower work. He completed the job in a timely fashion while answering my questions about the work. During Mike's visit, he told me that in future projects, Streamline can come out before you start and work with you to plan the job work; in our case, we could have called them ahead of time to arrange for the underwork to be done right after we finished the sink. I think that's a great option to mention because we didn't know it. Also, the "mobile hardware store" truck was an excellent feature because they have just about everything for the work so you won't lose any time because the technician had to go get a part. We have added Streamline Plumbing & Electric to our favorites and will use them again and recommend them to our friends & neighbors.

The service time was scheduled for between 8am and 10am, and Jerry (the serviceman) arrived at exactly 8am. Jerry helped me decide where the lights should go, installed them quickly and efficiently, and was both professional and personable. There was minimal drywall damage, consisting of four cuts about an inch long where rafters were hit when the openings for the lighting units were being positioned. This was a very good experience, and I would work with this company again.

They did excellent work. Their representative followed up with me and made sure I received the service I was looking for.

They showed up when they said they were going to show up. They were neat and clean. Their price was fine. I wanted a good job that was everlasting and looked good. They fulfilled my requirements. I would use them in the future.

The plumber arrived on-time and immediately used shoe protectors before entering my home. This wasn't really necessary, but he had them on so fast, I didn't try to talk him out of it. I spent a few minutes going over the job which he agreed was very basic and would take only a few minutes. I left him to do his work and just 15 minutes later he was finished and the job was complete. Both bathrooms were very clean and orderly after he was done working and he was more than fair with the price seeing as I had the parts to change and it really was a simple job. As I was a first-time client, I was provided a $25 certificate for my next service. I have a few small electrical items that I would like evaluated and I will likely use this provider again. They were professional from my initial call to the time when the plumber left my home.

The young man that came out was very nice, but not skilled enough to complete the job. The job was not completed to my satisfaction, and I had to hire another firm to come out and complete it. He was unable to think outside of the box. They left me with several holes in the ceiling and walls.

They replaced our old water heater that was in the attic. They did a great job. They cleaned the whole thing for me. They were very patient with my questions and understanding. They were very timely because part of it was about getting the rebate back in. It had to be done before the end of the year plus satisfying our all safe field. They partnered with the other vendor and I thought it was a good job. The price was reasonable I think for the water heaters and all the work that he did. It's a hybrid variety were it has a 2 liter tank where if you want some hot water irrespective of the fact that you have pipes that have to travel you get the hot water right away. Meanwhile as soon as the tank was filled with enough water we got hot water too. The hybrid unit gives you hot water whenever you want and it also trickles warm water. I like it. They also put a pump so we get hot water to the bedroom faster. I think their service was good. They did great follow up's. They were here when they said they were going to be. I think their price was reasonable. The quality of service was good as well. I am thinking of using them again soon.

Called Tuesday afternoon with a leaking faucet. Streamline scheduled me for the next morning with a two hour window. The technicians arrived with the 1st half hour of the two hour window. I requested they replace the hot and cold water valves for my kitchen sink and also replace the whole house cut-off value which was leaking. The work was completed in about 1.5 hours. Both work areas were left clean and tidy.

Went well - was slightly concerned when told that the surge suppressor included in deal was a minimal protector and the upgraded ones (for a higher price) were recommended. Thought a bait and switch was possible, but wanted the better protection so I paid the extra $179, knowing that the supressors could be bought at Lowes/Home Depot for around $80. Knew I was partly paying for the service call and labor, but he was already there, so the extra money seemed excessive.

The office seemed not to communicate well with technicians, resulting in failure to follow up as necessary on a return visit and on an inspection. The technicians were very professional and helpful, and the office was pleasant but not thorough. I will use them again. If communication issue occurs again, I will find another service.

Very pleasant and professional. A bit more expensive than some of the smaller, local contractors, but they got the job done, and were attentive and responsive to my needs and concerns. Excellent communicarion w/ office staff.

I decided not to use this company given their fee to provide an estimate.
