He arrived in the specified time, he was courteous, professional, wore protective shoes for the floors in the home. He was here less than an hour, evaluated the situation and replaced one outlet. He was upfront about the pricing, but I felt it was way too high for the services performed. There was a fee of close to $200 just for the 'evaluation'. I thought the quality of service was great, i just wonder if I could have gotten the same service for half the price....

They were efficient and got it done quickly. I did think the prices were a bit high.

Called Streamline for a second opinion after an American Home Shield selected plumber said he would have to tear out the ceiling to replace a part to get tub draining again. Streamlines plumber came, investigated and cleared drain with no moving of furniture and tearing up ceilings. We were equally pleased with the electrical services. Chandelier looks beautiful and well braced. After dealing with many electricians, I feel their price was fair. Both technicians were pleasant and courteous. Arrived on time an completed the job in a timely manner.We will definitely use Streamline for our plumbing and electrical needs in the future.

The office staff is very polite and helpful when we scheduled the appointment, the stated price was very reasonable, and Geoffrey was professional, thorough, completed the job quickly, and cleaned up afterwards. We can easily see why Streamline got its Super Star rating and we would definitely use Streamline again!

They called before they came to install our new faucet. They gave me an estimate over the phone which they stuck to. I called in advanced and let them know I would like them to check my water heater in addition to installing the faucet. I asked for an estimate on that and they advised that since they were coming out to install our faucet that there would be no charge to check the water heater. They were prompt, polite and friendly. They cleaned up after themselves. They were just outstanding and well worthy of this acknowledgement. I would like to give kudos to Geoff as he was the service tech who came out.

Streamline Plumbing and Electric came out and they were super. I give them As in every regard. I didn't spend more than the $199. They were punctual, very informative, They really checked everything out. He was great.

Jerry was very prompt, generous with his time and thorough. He explained what would happen for each stage of the project and helped me figure out approximate costs. Because the installation of recessed lights is a re-model project, it is much more involved than I realized.

I found them on Angie’s List, and they had good reviews. I am very happy with them. They were running a Big Deal special for a whole house surge suppressor and I purchased it. When the gentleman showed up, he explained the functionality of surge suppressors and reviewed different models he had to proffer. I ended upgrading to a suppressor that provided a $25k warranty should electronics get damaged as a result of the suppressor failing to stop the surge. Streamline did a great job and I plan on keeping them in mind for future home projects.

Very professional and on time. I had at least 3 of their service crew in the house over a few days, each one was attentive to our requests and got the job done with the professionalism and care I expected. Would certainly use again.

No work performed needless to say. They have since changed their policy and I bought the deal on a subsequent offer. After they performed that work, we had them come back to do even more work. :)

While the electrician was friendly and professional, the quote I received from Streamline was much more than from other electricians. I later determined that it included a lot of things that I didn't need in a panel replacement - it seemed like the electrician was following code for new construction and wanting to rewire half the house. It was also the only company that would not make minor changes in the wall themselves to accommodate the new panel.

One side had to be completely rewired and the inspector came over and told that both side had to be completely rewired. I had from the circuit breakers, things in the lounge and this was a big job. They came over and said it would be closer to $15000 and I don’t think I would have found anything cheaper. They worked from 7in the morning till past dawn. They were done right when they said it would be done. It was completely done in three days. I was so pleased with them. It wouldn’t be nay cheaper with anyone else. I liked their professionalism. They showed up when they said and they were done when they said. It was a pretty good deal. The inspector had to come over and check it out. Then I also had the owner of the company came over and check it out. I don’t have anything negative to say about them. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent! Very courteous and professional service. Prompt and knowledgeable. I hired Streamline Plumbing & Electric to install a new garbage disposal and hook up a new kitchen faucet following installation of my new granite countertops and stainless steel sink. Easy to schedule, reasonable rates, called to confirm and arrived right on time. This was the easiest part of my project and I'd gladly hire Streamline again. I've used the Streamline's Electrical Services previously and had a great experience having a ceiling fan installed, along with advice on other lighting projects. Outstanding service, very professional. Streamline often offers Big Deal Angie's List coupon's -- I've benefited from their reasonable rates. I also recommended this company to my mother when she had a water heater emergency. They dropped everything, came right out to address the leak and install a new water heater. Very nice work!

Called in reference to "Big Deal" through AngiesList. Becky was very pleasant on the phone, understanding and helpful. She managed to fit me into a very busy schedule and have work completed the next day. The next morning she called to let me know the plumber could arrive early if I could manage that. This worked well for me. Ken arrived shortly thereafter. Ken impressed me immediately. He was well dressed, polite, professional and well-spoken. He quickly got to work, completing all three installations without problem. He made sure that the area was cleaned on completion and returned to original condition. He explained the newly installed devices. Throughout his time in my house he was very professional and attentive to detail. I don't impress easily and I found Ken to perform on the highest level. He emphasized that Streamline stands behind their work and that they guarantee satisfaction with their services. I will certainly use Streamline in the future and would expect that if Ken represents the anticipated quality of care, I will have a long relationship with this company. Thank you Angie's List for making me aware of this company and I appreciate Streamline's Big Deals as well!

On a Sunday evening our water heater quit working. We called Streamline Plumbing since we'd had previous excellent service from them. They got out promptly on Monday to check things out. Found our water heater needed replacing. Unfortunately it was located in the attic and entailed a lot of extra work to get the old one out. In addition to their own expert workers, the folks at Streamline have good connections with other qualified people who can do most anything. In our case the attic stairway and the surrounding wood molding had to be removed to get the old water heater out and the same reinstalled to complete the job. They were also able to do needed ceiling repair caused by leakage from our old water heater. In view of all the complications that were involved, the whole job got done in a good and efficient manner! They did an excellent job! We are thankful for the people at Streamline that can handle it all!

Streamline Plumbing & Electric Inc provided outstanding service. I originally responded to a coupon offer for maintenance on and to drain an old water heater. However, I asked for a system assessment first, because 2 other plumbers -- during different repairs -- had earlier suggested urgent need to replace the main valve (because there was absolutely no regulation of water pressure entering the house). After receiving very clear understanding of the probable hazard of leaving the system as-is, I decided to have that work done, but to also change the water heater which, although functioning/heating fine, there was no way to determine the age of the heater, or when installed (We had not noticed previously that the installation information sheet wasn't attached.) It was clear that the heater wasn't new (we've been here almost 4 years) and it seemed pointless to remove old piping and drain and clean a heater which could already be 10+ years old. The technician was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable, and very willing to share information about what was being done. I'm very impressed with their services and will certainly use them again.

The experience was great! The company manitained contant communication with me while trying to schedule the appointment. The guys arrived on time and ready to work. They explained to me in detail what the process would be like.( I was glad I had done a little research in advance so that I wouldn't be surprised at what it takes to install can lights in a home...especially an older home.) They made as little mess as possible and had the lights installed much quicker than I'd anticipated. I had my usual handyman come out and fix all of the holes made from the installation the next day. There was no more to repair than they told me there would be. Streamline went to great efforts to minimize the amount of repairwork needed. I would certainly higher them again!

It went very well from start to finish. I was scheduled quickly, the technician arrived at the exact time he said he would be at our house, and he was done in 15-20 minutes. I was very happy with the quality of work, and would definitely use this company again in the future.

I would give them all A’s. They were here quicker than they said they would be. I will probably be using them again in the next month or two.

Jerry was EXCELLENT. Courteous and helpful. Explained in detail what he was going to do. Helped us decide where to put the lights making it symmetrical and pleasing to the eye. Work was fast and efficient. Clean up good. Very happy with results.

As always, they were great. They are punctual, careful, polite, and talented. We are very fortunate that we have reliable, trustworthy plumbers and electricians to call when the need arises.

Everything turned out quit well. They were very prompt and courteous, and their work was done well. It turned out that there wasn’t a short in the canned lighting; all they had to do was replace the light bulb. They then replaced the faucet in my kitchen sink. Overall, I was pleased with their service.

Their work turned out great. The technician who arrived for our appointment wore booties in the home, and I thought he was very clean and careful. He installed a new valve and drained the tank. Also, he tested our water free of charge. That did lead to sales pitch, but I didn’t mind.
