this company was easy to work with...scheduled within a couple of days, arrived right on time and did the job quickly and efficiently. The installed explained everything, worked with me on placement of the lights, completed the work, and cleaned up his mess. Great job overall

When I first called they asked how they could make me happy. In my normal joking way I told them they could pay my taxes. They had a good sense of humor. When they did everything they could to make me a happy customer I would reconsider my answer and make it JUST DO YOUR NORMAL JOB. I am very aware of what customer service I get. This company is excellent at making their customers happy. If I owned a company this is how I would want it to run. I know the next time I need any work done they will be hearing from me.

I needed a plumber to repair or replace the valves and stop under the kitchen sink and install a new kitchen faucet. The first plumber finished the job, but later in the evening, I noticed that one of the valves was leaking. I called them the following day and they sent someone out to fix the valve at no charge. All this time, they were friendly and professional, and even though the first plumber made an error (not a big one, since the leak was small), they didn't make an issue of it. They simply sent another plumber out and made the repari with their apologies. aside from this one error, everything went smoothly. They were able to schedule a time convenient to me, showed up promptly, were easy to work with, and, in the end, did an excellent job. I would use this company again despite their need to return.

The gentleman, Mike, who did the work arrived promptly and once very considerate. He did everything to make sure we were not inconvenienced in any way during the process. He also wore shoe protectors over his shoes the entire time he was in the house. We were very pleased with the service such that we scheduled them to come back two weeks later to do additional work for us. Mike came out again, this time with someone to help him. The second time they came, they ran a dedicated line to our office, installed two floor outlets in our open, transitional style home, and added additional outlets in the master bathroom.

Excellent service, have used Streamline a couple of times since.

The service worker was a pro and did the job quickly. It has been a huge benefit to us to have a bright light that turns on now when we or anyone else drives up our driveway. We can see to get into the house without stumbling around in the dark.

Chad was very professional, courteous, thorough and quick. He came to the house, I showed him the new disposal and he replaced it. It took him just over an hour. He did even mind our 2 dogs.

When they came out to do did the service, they inspected but decided not to complete the service – that it would, in fact, perhaps do more harm than good.They said we should get a refund. I've requested one from Angie's List.

I had two outside light fixtures, these lights were set up on automatic timers. He was punctual, professional, organized, and knowledgable. I would use them again and would recommend them to others.

We purchased the Angies List special from Streamline for $99 for two light fixtures inside the home to be hooked up. We made the appointment. The technician for Streamline showed up on time, he was very pleasant, professional and he wasted no time in going right to work on the two lights. He was finished in about 40 minutes. We were very happy with the results...lights that have fixtures and actually work!

I called Streamline Plumbing at 7:15 on a Saturday morning after our water heater failed and flooded out into the crawl space. Received a call back by 9:30 to schedule a visit, inspection, and estimate. By 10:30, the Streamline Plumbing truck arrived at the house. It was a clean and professional looking truck. The plumber, Chad, made a thorough inspection, explaining his findings to me as he went, and then worked up estimates for various options. As the water heater was 18 years old and had been leaking like a waterfall, it was obvious that we needed a new one. He presented what was essentially a direct replacement option as well as the option for a tankless system. He did not pressure us to consider the more expensive tankless system and did not try to up sell additional warranties, etc. That was refreshing. Streamline has a flat price policy, where the price is agreed upon up front. Despite having at least one other call to complete that day, and despite having to dig in our damp clay crawlspace so that he could build a block platform for the heater, Chad got the job completed by 4:30, same day. He cleaned up the work area thoroughly and carted his trash to the truck. Very good experience overall.

They went over the problem and gave me pricing up front before they did any work. They ask before they do any work to make sure that you are ok with their fees. They were great folks, were on time, gave me advice, were very honest and I will be using them in the future. I highly recommend them!

I really liked the service I got from Streamline. Both Tech's that came to my house were professional and knew what they were doing. The arrival time both days worked out fine. The service took two day, first to assess the old faucet and see if they could make it work, and the second day to put in a new Faucet which I had to purchase on their recommendation. Everything was discussed upfront and I was comfortable with their rates. Streamline only charged me for the installation of the new Faucet. I really recommend this company.

The office contacted me to make an appointment. First visit the mechanic surveyed the situation to see what was needed. He was punctual, need, articulate and polite. For the second visit, I didn't need to be home and the work was completed when I returned.
