It was excellent. They were fantastic. He had to put in two new circuit breakers to put the surge protectors in. The guy was very polite, knowledgeable, fast and knew exactly what he was doing. He was done in a matter of minutes, he was very efficient. He had to do a little more than what the deal included, because the lines were all full and he needed to add new circuits to put in the surge protectors. They let me know this right away to make sure I wanted it done for the extra cost. I will definitely use them for work in the future.

We live in an older home so installing pot lights was not going to be feasible. Instead the electric smoke detectors and the security light were updated.

I called around 9:00 a.m. after I discovered my water heater spewing water all over my garage. Technician arrived at my house a little before 11:00 a.m. as promised. I was not surprised to learn that we needed a new unit since the broken one was almost 20 years old. The technician explained in detail what he would be replacing and the cost (which is per job, not per hour). The new unit was installed and running by 2:00 p.m. The technician did a good job of showing me how the new system differed from the old one, where the water shutoff was, how to troubleshoot the pilot light, etc. I was pleased with the helpfulness and professionalism of the technician and dispatcher.

We have always had excellent service from Streamline Electric and Plumbing. Richard is wonderful on the electric side and Chad left us with similar comfort on the plumbing side. In fact, the corporate philosophy is focused on customer service as is immediately evident when your office call is answered by Becky who invariably asks 'How can I make you smile today?' In late January, we arrived home one afternoon to find a notice from OWASA that our water usage had spiked from 3,000 gallons in December to 25,000 gallons to date in January. We immediately contacted plumbers and got 2 quotes on repairing what was obviously a significant leak. Both determined the leak was somewhere in the pipe linking the house to the street public water main. Each bid quoted replacement with copper or Pex. Streamline's price was half that of the other bid. Chad, from Streamline, explained the strengths and weaknesses of copper verses Pex. He was knowledgeable, personable and professional. We opted for the Streamline bid. After utility lines were marked, Chad hand dug a trench from the street to the house, discovered a huge leak near the street, and proceeded to remove the corroded old pipe and replace it with Pex. The city subsequently inspected and approved the work. Chad returned to rebury the piping. He carefully cleaned the work area and then scattered grass seed and covered it with straw. He also explained that we could petition OWASA to reduce our bill under these kind of circumstances. We were successful in our petition, our water pressure has increased, and two weeks later we continue to be satisfied with Chad's work. Streamline does charge a fee of $90 to travel.

The company arrived on time to perform the work. There was a concern about the larger size of the new disposal which was valid and resulted in some pre-planning measurements to confirm work could be completed same day with pre-purchased disposal. The disposal was replaced in less than one hour with some minor adjustments which were made on the fly. Overall the work was done in a timely and professional manner.

It went well. No issues other than one of our own doing. We really need a longer down-rod for this fan. It is simply too close to the ceiling to move a sufficient amount of air. The fan did not come with a long enough down rod, and we did not have one handy, nor was it part of the deal for the installer to be able to supply one. So the fan "works", but it isn't effective. We will likely have to make another service call to install a longer down-rod. Bummer. But we liked Streamline and would recommend them. I'll likely7 call them back to install a longer down rod - just wish I would have thought of that first.

I continue to use them because of their reliability.

Purchased two Angie's specials. Call for service. Repairman arrived on time and finished in projected Time. Technician tested water pressure and suggested service. Overall Awesome!

The technician came and was very knowledgable. He gave me some options. He did everything to code.

All went went. They were late because a part did not arrive but they kept me informed and were very pleasant.

Charged for a service visit and did not resolve the problem. I resolved it myself later.

Every aspect of the service was excellent, from scheduling the appointment to completing the task. The installer figured out a "work around" for a problem with the ceiling. Great job!

Streamline Plumbing came out to do the work. During the preliminary discussions, I informed him that the heater was 16 years old. He stated that he could go ahead and do the refurbishing but wanted to wait to do it until the spring so it wasn't cold out in case something went wrong. While speaking, the heater turned on and he stated that it would probably be best to put it off if I wanted to try it but that a new water heater would be best for me. He is providing several different estimates on different types of systems that I can get installed.

What a pleasant experience. When we called to schedule an appointment the receptionist was able to schedule an appointment for us the same day. In fact, we received a call a couple hours later to see if the electrician could come by earlier. The electrician, Jerry, was very knowledgeable and completed the job without delay. He then cleaned up the small mess made when switching out the outlet. When asked about a future attic fan replacement, he was able to advise us of the different options. We will schedule this with Jerry and Streamline in a few months. We would highly recommend Streamline and Jerry to anyone looking for electrical repairs.

No problem Becky did call me twice to setup an appointment and she called me back to apologize for the fact she could not get ahold of Jerry when I called her. As the problem was not related to the surge protector being put in I have no problems with the company.

Service provider was on time and very helpful in explaining best light fixtures to use. He did an excellent job and very completed the work in a timely manner

We had a standard water heater removed and a tankless installed. They were very courteous and responsive. We have used them a few times since for other plumbing services. The one issue that was never brought up to us, and that we were not aware of since it was our first tankless, was that they would have to drill through the siding. We live in a property managed community and we probably would not have had the tankless installed since it was a violation of our bylaws to drill through the wall. Unfortunately the drilling had already occurred by the time we realized what was happening. I would have very much appreciated a forewarning that had to happen for us to have it installed. We still would have used them for standard water heater installation at that time.

Streamline's excellent reputation is clearly no fluke. I hadn't used them before but would call on them again. Pleasant experience from the initial phone call to the end of job. Responded quickly, arrived when they said they would, and did the job efficiently. Couldn't ask for more.

From my first email asking a question about the big deal, their responsiveness has been awesome. I needed to change the initial appointment which was no problem. They called the day of the appointment to tell me the time the electrician would be out. He was right on time, professional and extremely efficient. He gave us an estimate and explained what we needed to do to remove the flooring which would save us a considerable amount of money. When I asked if he could put up the lights instead of the ceiling fan today to allow us time to remove the floor, he said sure. I really appreciated his flexibility and helpfulness. I will be calling next week to schedule the ceiling fan. I highly recommend this company.

Chad showed up dressed in a uniform that matched the van he was driving. That was a pleasant surprise as he put on his shoe coverings before entering my home. How Professtional!! We chated about the water faucet I had purchased. Thought I had made a wise choice in the brand. I explained that we might have some leaky valves and we went out to purchase what we think was needed to complete the job for the installation. He said he did not think he needed to use those parts but he would check. Chad asked me how I would like the 4 hole faucet set arranged prior to the install. He went about the task at hand and in a short while, he had performed the job quickly and efficiently. He demonstrated the faucet, checked, and double checked for any leaks and cleaned up afterwards. Very impressed with this young man. He was polite, courteous, knowledgable and professional. I have nothing but great things to say about Chad and Becky. A thumbs up! I would use them again and recommend to a friend. Your two employees represented you well which speaks volumes for your company. Way to GO Streamline Plumping and Electrical INC!!!!!! Keep up the great work.

It was great to have multiple trades taken care of with one company. It was worth the extra cost to have it all coordinated and professionally done. They also bent over backwards to meet my schedule. I highly recommend them.
