Called for a quote to have a kitchen sink, faucet and drains installed. They quoted $300 more than everyone else I called.

I have used this vendor a few times. This time, as in the past, they were punctual, tidy, helpful, avoided bringing mud indoors, provided me with my options, and afterward explained what exactly they had done.

The electrician was very nice and answered my questions. I asked for an estimate for some more electrical & plumbing work. The electrical estimate proved to be high and the plumbing estimate wound up being extraordinarily high once I received more estimates. I went with Cary plumbing for the plumbing work and saved over $500. I was happy that the plumber from Streamline made me aware of a $150 per low flow toilet rebate offered by the town of Cary. However, the super high estimate on the plumbing left a bad taste in my mouth. I would consider getting an estimate from them again, but only if I were getting 2 more estimates as well.

They were on time and professional. I had them install the outside light fixtures.

The representative showed-up on time, explained what would be done, installed the surge protection device without any trouble, and gave us a free 1-year membership in their plumbing and electrical service contract.

I did not schedule the appointment for several months. But they honored the deal I bought through Angie's list when I did call. They came and installed the two dimmer switches. It took less than an hr. All in all, a great deal.

Scheduling the appointment was very easy. Ordering part of the service that I needed through Angie's List was a great idea. They definitely have a reliable support staff and real people answered the phone and called me back. The technicians arrived on time; one for the plumbing work and one for the electrical. They were very clean, careful and prepared. They each listened to me, evaluated the issues, fully explained what they recommended, asked for my approval and then finished up quickly. I am happy with the work they completed and plan to use them in the future.

Communication via email and phone was both effective and convenient. Two representatives (one plumbing, one electrical) arrived on time. Very professional approach to assessing needs and providing a clear and complete quotation.

I hired this company to put in a disposal. First I researched disposals on Amazon, bought the disposal unit that got the best reviews, emailed it to the company and they approved me buying the unit. When the repairman came out they said the unit was a cheap unit that would not do the job well and tried to upsell me on a 'better' unit that cost $250. Also they said they could not do the work for $99 which is what i paid!!!! They said they could not put in the unit I bought because it had a regular plug on it instead of wires for electrical hookup. Well then why did they approve the link I sent them from Amazon???

I reqested both a plumber and electrician to arrive on the same day so that I could efficiently get my needed repairs done and get back to work. Both Jerry (electrician) and Michael (plumber) arrived promptly a the scheduled time. They assessed my repairs (leaky kitchen drain, leaky outside faucet, ceiling fan not working, and a new light box installation) and provided estimates. For the plumbing repairs, Michael completed both a sink drain repair and an outside faucet replacement quickly and with no mess. For the electrical repairs, Jerry checked to make sure the switch wasn't broken before installing the ceiling fan. Becky had done a great job prepped me for the appointment with the information on buying a ceiling fan prior to the schedud date so that it could be installed immediately if it turned out that was the issue. The installation was quick and there was no mess to clean up. Jerry even took away the broken fan and the trash from the installation. He then checked for the placement of the new light box. He was willing to give me honest feedback on why the light shouldn't be places where I initally wanted it and provided a few alternatives that would provide the same results with less risk. The installation of the light box was fast and again, no clean up needed. Michael and Jerry both stressed that their work was under warranty and if there were any issues to call and they would be out to fix them as soon as possible. They were both very professional and pleasant. I would certainly call them again for any future work.

They were great and very easy to work with. It was easy to schedule an appointment with them and they seemed very honest. The work that they performed was very good.

It worked out good. They were very courteous. I just recently had them back to do more work for me. They came out the same day I called and gave me and estimate. They fixed everything as they said they would. I am pleased.

We were unhappy with the light fixture. It was not a good value for the price, and it would not come on until you were right under it. We came to an agreement when we bought a new fixture and had them install it. We ended up spending additional money to resolve the issue. That was not acceptable to us.

We lost power in several outlets in different rooms all at the same time. I called and a technician was dispatched right away. They were able to locate the short and repair it in a couple of hours. The technician was very polite and did an excellent job. I will definately use them again.

He was on time and very neat. Explained that there would be a fee on top of the coupon because he would need to create a new hole in the ceiling. Was very honest and forward with all info. Cleaned the room and left it just as it was before the work. Took the old ceiling fan with him when he was finished. Will use this company again!

He was on time, super clean, very honest. i.e. he told me he would replace the cellar wire with the same wire. He said to check the bulbs in the motion detecter before replacing it and the problem was the bulbs. He came back to install the fan in the bedroom two days later. (very quickly)

My phone call was answered promptly and I was able to schedule a visit for an estimate within a few days. I wanted to increase lighting around the house due to recent break-in attempt. Jerry arrived on time, was very professional and told me what would and would not work well for my needs. For one area, which would not work well with motion activated lights due to nearby trees and shrubs, he suggested a much less expensive solution that probably saved $100. He also looked at wiring inside the house and answered a couple of questions unrelated to the lighting. I received an estimate within a week and was able to schedule repairs at the end of the same week. Again Jerry arrived promptly and completed the work in short order. The lights are up and working and I feel that the house is now safer from intruders at night.

Had a kitchen faucet with the old steel nuts and bolts. I couldn't get enough leverage to even begin removing it, and the water supply lines were old school copper tubing. So I finally called a profesional. The office staff were professional, scheduled an appointment, and called me 30 minutes before the technician was to arrive. The technician was very friendly and managed to get the old faucet loose and replace it. He also replaced the handle on the cold water supply valve because the old rubber gasket had worked its way up to the old faucet and clogged it. The technician (Chad) was very knowledgable, competent, timely, and careful to make sure I understood everything about the plumbing under my sink.
