We purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for an outdoor hose faucet replacement. Included in the deal was a plumbing home inspection. There were no issues in making an appointment and when they called to tell us the plumber was on his way we informed them we just ran into a plumbing issue and could the plumber work on that also and they said it would not be a problem. When the plumber came we showed him the issue and he said it would be an easy fix (for a plumber). After repairing the issue and installing the replacement outdoor hose faucet he performed the home inspection and made us aware of a few minor things. The cost of the repair and the cost of the Angie's List Big Deal came to a total of $155.00. It has been a week since he came and we have not had a single problem with either the repair or the replacement hose faucet. We are very pleased with the service and would use them again.

Plumber arrived at the prescribed time and got right to work removing the old faucet and installing the new one. He was courteous and professional. I would definitely use them again.hh

I wasn't familiar with this plumbing company and was thankful I found them on Angie's list. When the company is called their intro is "how can we make YOU smile?" I like that! Becky, one of the schedulers, was very personable and helpful with addressing my needs and acquiring all the details. The appointment was easy to schedule. The technician, Will, arrived the next day within the time window previously discussed. He was very personable and respectful of the home. He got right to work, providing a brief description of what was to take place. My garbage disposal also had to be replaced and although that was not what the initial service call was for, Will acquired the replacement part and offered to do it all at the same time so I would not incur additional expense with a separate visit. He even removed the old garbage disposal unit for trash. Overall, a very good experience. I would use them again and recommend them.

My experience was wonderful. They were very good about warning me that they were going to have to mess up the wall inside to get to it. They were good about communicating with me and what was going on.

Went perfectly. The company arrived right on time. Explained what was going to happen and went right to work. Completed replacement in a timely manner.

Jerry did the electrical inspection and Mike did the plumbing inspection. I was concerned that I may have a plumbing leak, but no repairs were needed. I was given the option to do some preventative upgrades, some of which I opted to do, others I chose to wait on. I appreciate being given all the information and not feeling pressured to do more than is necessary. I've used Streamline for years and will continue to call them. They respond quickly, explain any needed repairs thoroughly. The men who come to the house are always courteous, professional and friendly. Note: I was carrying a heavy basket of laundry and almost fell down my stairs backward. Mike prevented me from falling, averting what could have been a very bad accident. So when I say these guys are life savers, I mean it literally!

For the 1st service call they were very quick to call back and set up a service time. Jerry came and replaced outdoor faucet and checked the 2nd faucet which needed nothing. He came on time , checked out the problems, came to give me the information and choice of what to do, he did his job and was gone in no time at all. I then called again today because the new faucet was able to move in and out 2" - 3" and almost around in a circle. The screws were missing. But in Jerry's defense the paint crew informed me after the plumber left that they had replaced the siding and they did not replace the screws. However, coincidently after the 1st service call the irrigation main shut off began leaking underground. I placed another call, they promptly called me back and set up a time for just a few hours later. Michael arrived early fixed the loose faucet and quickly gave me an estimate for the irrigation repair. I was upset about yet another problem with my house. (I'm getting the house painted which turned into having to replace almost all of my siding and a lot of rotten wood.) My husband usually does all of this type of work. However he died unexpectedly earlier this year. This irrigation leak suddenly became too much. I began tearing up and Michael went and fixed everything very quickly. Somehow the O ring was missing. Not sure what happened there. But there ended up being no charge for his 5 minute repair. He was so kind, polite, understanding, very professionally and not pushy but informative for the up sale of a yearly contract. He gave me information about their yearly club for preventive maintenance which includes discount pricing. They are all very polite on the phone, extremely quick to return calls and give an appointment time.

I had purchased a big deal for the service and it went very well. The manufacturer replaced some parts for me without any charge. They also gave me quotes regarding water heaters. I thought the price was fair and good.

I had purchased a big deal and the service turned out pretty good. They are pretty good. Scheduling an appointment was pretty easy.

The plumbing tech found a way to do the job without having to climb under the house, by reaching inside the brick wall through a vent.

The tech was on-time and courteous. The job was completed quickly and professionally. He explained everthing clearly. We've using the new spigot for a few weeks and it works flawlessly. We will use Streamline again.

Michael showed up shortly after I received a phone call informing me he was on the way. He removed the old faucet which was leaking and replaced it. I liked that he put on shoe covers before entering the house each time - no mess. Before I found this deal on Angie's List, I had called around to get estimates for the job. This was a good price and Streamline did a good job.

The technician that installed the new faucet was very professional and very informative. He showed me the problems the old faucet had and where it caused issues under the house. He did an excellent job installing the new faucet. It looks great!

Michael is punctual. He turned my water off in my foyer closet. Michael was professional and polite. Only 15 minutes -- excellent job!

Great. The old faucet bolts were rusted and I couldn't remove it. He successfully removed the old one and replaced it with the one I provided

The morning of the work, Streamline called and told me exactly when they would be arriving, and Chad, the technician, arrived on time with a smile. After going under the house, he sat down with me and explained in detail what needed to be done, and quoted a very reasonable price for the materials and labor. The house is 45 years old, so pipes needed to be cut and replaced under the house, holes in the brick needed to be enlarged, and the job went on and on. Despite working in the heat and then, in the pouring rain, Chad remained so pleasant and professional throughout this long and dirty job. Although I have always used another plumber in the area, from now on, I will be calling Streamline.

They came out two days after I talked to them. Becky is one of the best frontline people I’ve ever seen, she scheduled them quickly, she was very friendly. She made you feel happy that you’d called. When the guy came out he was clean and professional. We have a leaky outdoor spicket and they’re coming back Monday.

Flawlessly. This is a professional group from start to finish. They were true to their word every step of the way, including fair pricing. The electrician arrived on time, had good suggestions and information, and cleaned up beautifully. I have trust in this service provided!
