Chad was on time. He explained the possible problem and solutions. He showed me the part causing the problem. He told me to call in a week if the problem continues. No charge due to new water heater. Chad cleaned up the small mess. Yes, I would use them again.

The provider arrived 10 minutes prior to scheduled arrival time. He assessed the situation and began working. He completed the work 15 minutes earlier than the 2-hour estimated time. He was very friendly and professional. I would use Streanline Plumbing without hesitation for future plumbing needs

Outstanding. They were fast, courteous and professional. The technician came back later in the day to make sure that everything was holding correctly.

I bought an Angie's deal for this installation which saved me 50%. Although the provider didn't contact me through the message service within the promised time period, they were very responsive and courteous when I called them on the phone. I was scheduled for the same morning, TODAY, and now my new faucet is in! My plumber worked hard, as the old faucet was a nightmare to remove, with an upside-down valve and buckets of rust raining down inside the cramped space.

Arrived within an hour after my initial call. Mike, the technician, was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Couldn't have asked for better service. The person answering the phone said they would call 30 minutes before they arrived, but I did not receive a call. That is the only negative, but, other than that, everything was excellent.

The techs were timely, friendly, and honest. They had the faucet replaced in a few quick minutes, taking extra care to properly caulk around the opening. They also checked a few other little things for me and gave me some advice about the house water pressure. I'd definitely work w/ them again.

The company did a rough estimate over the phone based on their experience with units like mine. Then, they sent out a technician to fine tune the estimate. Their estimate was competitive. I told their technician I would let him know, and emailed there was another company with a good rating and significantly lower price. In two phone calls, the company checked with their technician and set the price slightly below their competitor's lower price, and said they could do it the next day. They seemed genuinely interested in my business. The technicians who installed the unit were focused, cleaned the water heater area and left very little mess. They finished in less than 3.5 hours including their short lunch break. They left the area generally cleaner than when they came. And gave me the lower price simply based on my word, no hassle. Also, they said they give a 6 year parts AND labor warranty. While that is not in writing and I would not count on it, that is well above the standard which would be more like 6 years on parts, 1 year on labor. One thing that was slightly odd, they did not call before either the estimate visit or the installation visit. They just showed up. It was okay, and probably lessened stress as the custom is to give a wide time window and let you wait for a 3 hour time period. In this case, they just showed up professionally dressed and courteous within about 30 minutes of their estimated time. Overall, good value for money and responsive customer service. The cleanup care, while a small thing, left me with a good feeling about the experience.

I used a number of Angie's List deals. I was pleased to be treated as any customer and not the cut rate customer. The schedulers, especially Josh and Sharita were great to work with.

Scheduled the service with Becky. She was very informative and answered all my questions. Leading up to the scheduled service date, she called about 4 times to see if I wanted to reschedule the appointment as they had received other cancellations. Great customer service. Dennis arrived right on time and gave us 4 options with estimates for what we were requesting. The price seemed a bit high, but based on previous reviews I figured it was worth the quality work and it was. Dennis was very professional,be perished, and accommodating. I couldn't have asked for a better person for the job.

Both technicians were friendly and gave quality service. They were on time. The prices were competetive.

Because of my short notice and their workload, a manager came out to do the disconnect. When the valves were bad and had to be replaced, the plumber came back to replace the valves. They are very pleasant and great to work with. They all make me smile!

Switch problem correct within minutes along with quick review of the fuse box. Waiting on results from water test to come back.

Called to tell me when they were coming, and then showed up on time! What a rare pleasure! Quickly diagnosed the problem, got it fixed, and made recommendations on what I could do to avoid the problem in the future. No upselling, no nonsense. Just great service!

Dennis, the technician who came out, was punctual, polite and presented himself and his company well. He was able to answer all of my questions with thoroughness for this consultation and gave me exactly what information I needed.

Angie's list big deal to replace kitchen faucet for $119.00 which was owner provided. Contacted them through Angie's List Saturday they called Monday morning to schedule service. Scheduler was nice and professional. They email you info about the technician which I really liked. The plumber Fred called Wednesday asked if they could come early which we agreed to. He was very nice and professional went right to work . After he finished he showed me where he put sticker with faucet info/warranty under cabinet. Asked if there was anything else I would like done. I didn't have anything else but he did answer questions I had about replacing my shower heads. Will call again.

It went well. Arrived on time, finished the job promptly, and had excellent service.

We are getting our house ready to sell and some electrical work needed to be done. Jerry C. came out on 4/23/15 to look over the work we wanted done and to give us an estimate. We scheduled the work for 8 a.m on 4/27/15. Jerry was right on time, was more than polite and did all the work in a very professional manner. All Angie's List deals were honored.

He made one visit to scope the work and give us an estimate, then one more trip with all of the necessary parts to complete the job.

There was a part that was needed to complete the faucet hook up and the plumber quickly got the part from the store without any charge to me. The plumeber was professional, on time and once everything was installed - worked perfectly.

They went to get another light to install and charged me another $99 for that. I already had security lights up and I wanted more. They were supposed to put up new lights and instead they replaced the lights that I already had up.

It went well indeed. Jerry came over and checked out everything that had to be done, and he gave us an estimate. When the time came to complete each part of his work he was here promptly and everything was done to our complete satisfaction.
