Excellent work! On time every day, polite, very professional. I would use them again. They provided excellent service and did an excellent job installing my new tankless water heater. I am very glad I went with this company, I would highly recommend them.

This was the original faucet in a 17 year old house so the repairman had some problem removing the old faucet. That in itself made this a good deal. I was very pleased with his work and would use the provider again.

Chad (the tech) arrived as scheduled; we discussed repair/replaced; old disposer was about 8 years old; I chose to get a new disposer; discussed pros/cons between 1/2 hp replacement or 3/4 hp unit; I like a bit more hp so opted to get new 3/4 hp installed. We also discussed replacing attic/crawl space (two) hot water heaters with (one or two) tankless; I asked for and got quote the next day. Seems reasonable. We also discussed replacing the toilet in the MB with a taller toilet. I asked for and got quote the next day. Seems reasonable. I expect to do one or both of the replacements during the spring season.

Words cannot express how happy I am with the service Streamline provided. I had a burst waterline. They came out the same day I called and had installed a temporary fix the next. As soon as the permits were secured and the 811 mark-out was done they had the new waterline in the ground. They did a beautiful job repairing the open trench to the point that it put the rest of my yard to shame. The most impressive aspect of work with Streamline is that they worked smart. They did things in a logical and organized manner. It was impressive. They also gave me a quote at the beginning of the job and even though they ran into a couple of technical issues, they held to the quote. I would highly recommend Streamline and will be calling them again to replace my water heater.

The dispatcher notified me that the technician was en route about 20 minutes before he arrived. The provider arrived on time (to the minute!) first thing in the morning. He inspected the light fixtures that I had purchased -- to make sure they were not cracked or damaged in any way -- prior to installing them. He worked quickly, efficiently, and cleaned up everything (including haul-away of old fixtures, all the packaging, etc.). He was very friendly and professional. He checked with me before all the steps of the project and explained everything as he went. I would definitely use this company again.

Can exactly as scheduled. Electrician was very friendly and helpful. Installed new light and checked out the switch for the light, which turned out to be defective. He removed the defective switch and replaced it with another old, but functional, one. My only quibble was the quality of the new light. It was entirely plastic and seems rather low quality. It certainly works as it should, but not sure how long it will last. In short - this deal was a great value on the service and expertise, though not on the fixture itself.

The bathtub faucet couldn't be replaced easily, but the plumber discussed the situation and provided me with options to move forward. He was able to find spare part in his truck that allowed the job to be completed without interruption. I would use them again.

Streamline sent Fred to do the work. I remember him being downstairs moaning, groaning and cussing about the work. I finally headed upstairs to the bedrooms so I didn't have to listen to it anymore. It was very uncomfortable to listen to. Within hours of him leaving that first day, a "balloon" which he put in one of the pipes, burst and we had a flooded downstairs. We called our contractor right away because we didn't have Fred's number. I believe Matt (our contractor) did call Fred and they both came back to the house. Day 2, after Fred left, my granddaughter said she heard water coming out of the pipes again downstairs and, sure enough, another flood!! Day 3, our granddaughter was taking a bath upstairs, and, because the over-flow valve was improperly installed, we had our THIRD flood. At this point, I'm just beside myself. Once again, Matt came over and he was able to fix it. We didn't even call Fred that time. The next day Fred apologized profusely (three floods required a lot of clean-up on our part). After everything was done and it was time for the plumbing inspection, we failed the inspection. Fred, with the help of our contractor, fixed the problem. We set up another inspection and failed AGAIN. Both failures set us and our contractor back a week on our timeline. Needless to say, at this point, we were furious! We received a bill from Streamline for approximately $2700 with a credit of $750 for our "inconvenience". Including the credit, the total bill came to $2000, which was our ORIGINAL estimate from them. So, in essence, Streamline is going to come out receiving the full amount. Matt was in touch with them (April - May) and we thought Streamline should either write this bill off because of the lousy service and horrible experience we had with them or, at the least, give us a much bigger discount for our troubles. We didn't hear anything for 4 months so we thought they had written it off. Then, last week (August 17) we received a bill from them for $2000!! I feel like our contractor should bill Streamline for the amount of time he spent helping Fred and for the 5 day set-back of his and our timeline. Streamline states that they never asked Matt to help Fred and they have no control over how long it takes between inspections. Well, if they would have sent somebody who was competent, we wouldn't have had to worry about setting up 3 inspections and cleaning up from 3 flooding incidents!! Needless to say, we will never use Streamline again and we will NEVER refer friends or family to them. And, shame on them for trying to pull one over on us with the bill.

Quoted price of $79.00 for dispatch fee which would be deducted if service performed. Serv Tech was on time and pleasant. Appointment was schedule for the am. I received a call the day before the appointment and was told the appointment needed to reschedule in the PM due to staff issues. Wasted part of my day. Toilet was leaking and water bill was going up each month. We replaced the inside toilet parts however we still had a leak we couldn't locate. Instead of examining the toilet to see it the leak could be detected and fixed, the Serv Tech told me it would cost $199 because he would have to take out what we put it and start over again. I told him that was too much. He said he would check with the office to see if the price could be lower. They said the could adjust the price to $159.00 which included the Angie's List discount. I then asked how much it would cost to put in a new toilet. He told me $199.00. I would have to purchase the toilet and make arrangements to have the old toilet disposed of. I felt the prices were too high so I did not have any services performed. I asked for a receipt for the $79.00. Serv Tech said he had to call the office. They ask for my email address which I provided yet to this date (08/18/2015 I've yet to receive a receipt. I ended up buying a toilet from a big box store who installed and disposed of the old toilet for a reasonable price. Received a call from their office asking if from 1 to 10 how would I rate their business . I said a 10 but after we discussed and took everything into consideration, I would rank this business a 4.

They showed up as scheduled and completed installation with no issues.

The job is not yet complete, the technician was professional and courteous, he offered a piece at a time proposal. We agreed and asked him to do the replacement of a GFI outlet in front of the house. He went to gather parts and completed that part of the job, presented it for approval, handed my wife the boil and said good bye. I will definitely will call him to do the next part of the job.

Both the electrician and the plumber that I've used were punctual, professional, personable, and polite. They clearly explained what needed to be done and worked efficiently to make sure it was done correctly. Both times I've used Streamline, they've been able to get someone out to my house within a day or two and have been very accommodating of my schedule. They've also shown up right at the beginning of the time window they gave me, or even a little early (only after calling me first to make sure early would work, though.) I will definitely use them for any plumbing or electrical needs in the future.

I had used Streamline Plumbing several years ago to replace the original 3 toilets in my home with more water efficient toilets. I received terrific service. I referred this company to a friend of mine, who also called them in an emergency when her sink and dishwasher flooded during a dinner party! Naturally, when I wanted to replace my water heater, I immediately thought of Streamline! Another amazing job! They arrived right on time, and completed the job in record time!

This company had an extremely fast response time after the initial inquiry. They might be slightly more than other companies but I was okay with that. They really understand professionalism & punctuality.

I chose this provider because of good ratings and because I needed both plumbing and electrical work done, and it was convenient to use one provider for all service. 2 different technicians perform work, one for plumbing and one for electrical. The light fixture installation ($99) and light bulb replacement ($49) went fine. The technician explained that he had to charge me a fixed fee for each job done, and the minimum charge was $49, but I felt this charge was high. The garbage disposal installation went fine. The plumbing technician looked at the leaky toilet and strongly advocated towards replacing both of my toilets (including one that was and is working fine). The minimum quotation provided for fixing the leaking toilet was $267. I ended up fixing the problem myself with a $10 part from Home Depot. Both technicians advocated for joining a Streamline Service Club that would provide better rates, but also seemed intended to encourage exclusive use of Streamline Plumbing & Electric for future services. Installed light fixture and garbage disposal continue to work as expected.

They did not clean up the mess around the water meter or my flowerbed.

The guys at Streamline are great! From my initial conversation with Josh to our awesome technician Fred, the whole process was friendly, fast and efficient. I had emailed Streamline on Wednesday late afternoon to see if they had availability on Friday and Josh got back to me right away and scheduled me in for Friday morning. One of their technicians (Fred) came out to our house right on time, looked over everything and confirmed the price. He then got right to work getting everything installed. It took a couple of hours to knock out all of the items since they were a bit tricky (we had some unusual cabinets/plumbing). But it was obvious he was super experienced and got it all working. Not to mention was great to chat with during the whole process. Definitely A+ and highly recommended! Thanks!

They're very good. They told me what was wrong and it made sense, so I had them do the work. They do good electrical work. The workers were very good.

Streamline removed the old faucet & installed new one that I had purchased. There was a problem with a part on the new faucet and I had to get a replacement. Streamline returned the same day to install it. Seems to be working quite well.

We told the provider that the toilet was leaking. They sent a plumber the very next day. The plumber diagnosed a flange that was flush with our new floor, so there was no way the wax ring would stay sealed. The plumber showed me what was happening and presented me with two offers. The first was to "add a flange", which meant to build up the existing flange and secure everything with lag bolts. The second option was to remove the existing flange and install a new one that would clear the new floor. The plumber recommended the first option, which was the cheaper option. We agreed and work began. It took about 3 hours for the whole job. We also asked him to replace the shut-off valve, which was not closing all the way. When the plumber was done, he caulked everything and cleaned up the work space. It now looks like a new bathroom. The price was a little higher than I expected, but I think that the work was worth it.

They did a good job. I thought that was a good price. They just made a mistake in the installation and I had to call them back the next day to tell them that something wasn't going right and they came out like the minute I called them they were out here within like 45 minutes. And then they called back a couple of times to make sure that everything was great, but the guy who came and did the inspection and talked to me about the installation and everything, he got called off to another job, so they sent this different guy and he just made a couple of mistakes and I had to call back so they sent somebody out right away to fix it. So, there was no harm then. But, I think it's just important not to give them an "A" since they screwed up and I ended having to work with them again the next day instead of going to work like I wanted to do. It was a bit of an inconvenient, but they were done pretty fast and I have that level of flexibility. I would probably use them in the future if I need to especially since they called back and followed up and the performance of the work they did that was great ever since.

I was able to have a tankless water heater installed, which, although it was expensive, is saving me about $40 per month in gas. Everyone I dealt with at this company was professional, pleasant, and responsive. When my lights started flickering after the installation, they immediately sent out their electricians who (once they cleared the bird nest and frog skeleton from the meter box) fixed the problem, getting the necessary permits, etc. all on New Year's Eve. I couldn't be happier with the results and would hire them again in a second.
