Service was great. They came out on time and gave me multiple options in order to repair the unit. They were able to repair the system same day and were very knowledgeable and efficient.

Work was done well and staff were very professional and communicative. They were quick to correct the one small plumbing mistake made at no cost to us. However, we figured out the hard way that Streamline's prices are much more expensive than anyone else's----one estimate for the installation of a new outlet was $2400, so we had another electrician install it for $900. Same with installation of a vanity ($850 vs. $450). I'm sure we paid too much for the work we did have them do (connecting a kitchen sink and dishwasher). It's unfortunate because they are great to work with and generally did a good job, but wow, need to work on their pricing.

I was very happy with the guy that came out. He was very knowledgeable, but Streamline was about $500 more than another company. I was more happy with him than my wife was; she was more happy with the guy from another company.

Friendly, prompt service to get a ceiling fan replaced. Very pleased.

Streamline Plumbing did a great job when our well pump went out. We also had them replace the bladder tank (i.e., pressure tank) and pressure switch and the water heater, since we'd been planning to replace them as well. Russell, the lead plumber for the job, coordinated everything well, communicated well with us, and got the job done all in one day, with the help of three other guys (at one point our driveway looked like a plumbers convention they had so many trucks here). They were all professional and courteous and did a good job. They met all our needs, including rerouting the piping for a recirculation pump so to make the control face point less toward a wall and more toward where we could see it, which took a bit of creative pipe routing. They removed the old pump & tank and cleaned up after themselves just fine. After the job was done, we realized that the water pressure was lower than we'd had before. Russell happily came out and adjusted it up a bit, showing me how to adjust easily it in the future if I need to. I would recommend them and plan to call on them for any future projects I have.

I called several plumbers but Streamline was the only one that answered on my first call. They did all they could to get someone out same day but were unable to (some of the plumbers didn't even call me back until later that night). They send someone out the next morning to run a diagnostic and correct the problem. He was extremely helpful- I wanted to know exactly what the problem was and how I could fix it myself should it happen again. Allen was very patient - gave me an excellent overview of our system and taught me how to do regular maintenance on the units. He didn't try to up-sell me on anything- just gave me outstanding service for a great price.

They preformed above expectations and did a very good job.

They did the work and the work was efficient and up to par. The bad part is that they were overcharging on parts and labor. They are just ridiculously expensive. The guy was there half a day one day and then he came back for an hour the next day, and I ended up spending about $800. They don't charge by the hour, they charge by the job which is just out of scope. It's out of line with the amount of time that they were there. Most people in this world make an hourly rate for their labor. If I were to put a tag price on their hourly, it would come out to like $200 an hour which is way above than standard plumbing. There were some discrepancies between their main office and the person who was coming out as far as when he was going to get there and their hours. As a customer, I felt like I was getting caught in the middle of it. They chose some materials that I wasn't happy with. I have an older house and the metal ring in the bottom of the tub should be chrome, and they put a plastic piece in there because plastic is cheaper. We had to make sure what we were getting and I showed the guy that I needed new fittings for the tub. He said he knew what to get and he came back and I took a look and saw that it was plastic. They removed a metal part out and replaced it with plastic so they gave me a discount on that. They cut their bill on that. They were responsive, but that was not the issue. I won't use them again. It's not because of the work. I can tell they were trying to get as much out of the job as they can money wise.

They never showed up and they never called to let me know they weren't coming, nor have they reached out since.

They're very responsive. They're very, you tell them what you need and they come out ready to do the job. They knock out the job. They're good. They put in the outlet's, fixed a couple grounds, put in the carbon monoxide detector and gave me a quote on something else and they were in and out within an hour and a half.

Prior to them arriving for the appointment Streamline plumbing called and asked if they explained that since we have a tankless water heater if they needed to open that and call the manufacturer for help that we would be charged an additional $250. They had not explained that when I made the appointment but I didn't want to cancel the service call because we'd been waiting to get our shower issue resolved. There was no issue with the tankless water heater and they did not open or call for help regarding that. Yet they tried to add that $250 to the bill. We were also told it was going to be so expensive because the shower kit was no longer in stock. They said that they were going to have to order a new piece and charge for having a 2 person team modify the new piece to work in our shower and it wasn't going to be easy or cheap or fast but they could fix it. After ordering the piece and returning to do the work the first guy came in and I saw him open the box then left the room to let the second guy in and the work was already completed! After the whole story about how it would take 2 guys and they would have to spend time modifying a piece to work in with our shower kit- it took less than 10 mins but we were still charged the full price we had agreed to when they told us it was a 'time consuming and difficult job". Over-priced and all plumbers we've used since then have been shocked at what we paid. Not professional due to trying to change the cost of the service call and changing if it was deducted if we had them proceed with the plumbing job. Claimed it was going to take a couple of hours to complete work so it was going to be expensive and it took just a few minutes.

The nice thing about Streamline was the size, competence, and availability of their plumbing crew. They came out in a timely manner, sent the right people with the skills to do the work, and got the job done extremely well. I could not be more pleased. Because of the complexity of the job, and the need to repair our irrigation system that was disturbed in the yard, they used plumbers, an electrician, people to bore a hole under the drive, others to dig the trench for the water line, and so on. All in all, having a good company with lots of the right people made the job happen in a timely and professional manner. And the county inspector confirmed that they did the work well.

It went great! Fred was on time, courteous, professional, and very straight forward/honest. We've got our new go-to plumber/electrician!

Streamline came out off of a deal I purchased for water heater refurbishing, but ultimately recommended that I completely replace the water heater with a tankless one. The actual installation went generally well and the team was timely - they also ensured that all state inspections were completely taken care of, which was nice. However, towards the end of the installation, one of the guys incorrectly installed a washer onto my gas line, which led to a gas leak on the side of my house. I was forced to call the utility company to come out and correct it, which was fairly nerve-wracking. Furthermore, the deal I had initially purchased was supposed to be applied as a credit to the final cost of the water heater replacement, but it took me over a month going back and forth between Streamline and Angie's List to ensure I received my credit. I would consider using Streamline again, but would definitely plan on comparing them to other providers in the area.

Overall things went very well after the work was scheduled. Streamline Plumbing & Electric never received the information from Angie's list. This cost me time in getting things scheduled since I allowed the two days to expect contact from the provider. Streamline Plumbing & Electric was able to get me scheduled next day and Eddie did a wonderful job.

Great! The business responded immediately to my website inquiry and scheduled my service within a week. The company called me ten minutes before the technician arrived and Trevor arrived on time. Trevor was fantastic - really easy to work with. He tested/located the different circuits and helped me formulate my lighting plan.

EXCELLENT; electricians were very knowledgeable, friendly and timely. I will definitely recommend them to anyone to requires any electrical or plumbing work.

The technician arrived early and did an awesome job installing both brackets and fans. He explained the whole process and kept the work area very clean. He even disposed of the boxes and materials from both fans and the boxes for the braces I had purchased! Both fans are running smoothly and look great. This is our third time using Streamline Plumbing and Electric, and the third different technician who has come to our home. All three of them are extremely courteous and hard working. They also are great at answering additional questions that you might have and recommending courses of action to take. When you call the office, they are always very courteous and work with you to find an available time slot. They call before to remind you, and they call when the technician is on his way. They really are a superior company, and we are so excited to know that we have a company that we can trust to do good work on our home.

The design of our toilet is such that the entire toilet needs to be taken apart to replace these things. I ordered the parts online, and the technician came out on a Saturday morning to help work with our schedule. He was fast and courteous and gave us advice about our other two toilets in the house with similar functions. He kept the work place clean. This was our second time using Streamline for a plumbing repair, and the couldn't be more helpful or courteous. They are, for sure, our "go to" company for any plumbing needs.

I have used them several times in the past. They provide fast, friendly, and excellent service.

Arrived on time. Removed existing light fixtures and installed new light fixtures in 2 bathrooms. Great deal!

REVIEW #1/March 17th: SAVED THE DAY!! Amber was absolutely wonderful to work with and she was there every step of the way providing immediate answers and information. She promised we'd love Fred and she was right!! Fred arrived right on time and provided us with an incredibly detailed quote. After working with us on the price -- Amber immediately began pulling permits and sending a crew to us knowing we had been without hot water for 4 days. The tankless system they installed came with a 10-year warranty and was installed properly -- with all the proper permits ordered the same day. Jerry and Chad worked throughout the afternoon along with Fred to ensure our project would be completed in 4.5 hours. They were each very friendly, hard working, and really went above to treat us kindly and with a great deal of respect. We felt the work completed is going to last us for many years to come. We're thankful we came across such a fantastic company and look forward to working with them in the future. GREAT PEOPLE! FAIR PRICES! FABULOUS WORK! UPDATED REVIEW #2/April 1st: Approximately 24 hours after the installation took place, we smelled a very strong smell of gas. We called PSNC who came out within the hour and determined it was a leak caused by the work Streamline did. The leak was significant and our crawl space was completely filled -- so this disconnected the tankless hot water heater. We spent several hours calling Streamlines two phony numbers -- both of which do not have voicemail. After canceling our dinner plans after being stuck at home all week, we finally received a call back around 8:30pm. The technician came out by 9:15 and worked until 10:30pm. He admitted it was their full mistake and said the team would be out next week to fix the issue permanently. Thankfully, due to warm weather we had our gas heater turned off because from what I understand there was enough gas to cause an explosion, significant damage to our home, and the potential for loss of life. When Fred arrived Monday morning to meet our inspector, he had no knowledge of the situation. Later in the day he would actually go so far as to blame PSNC for the leak, which was appalling. Amber called the same day (Monday, 3/21) and I informed her while we passed our inspection, I expressed my frustration over the leak. We were told by PSNC that because Streamline caused the leak, the gas went through our meter and would be charged. Amber wanted to know the cost of the bill. Wait, so your company put our home and lives in danger, ignored our calls for nearly 4 hours, caused us to miss plans, and now they're only willing to pay the exact cause of the leak? I expressed my extreme disappointment to Amber, who knew we paid $200 more to work with their company. I asked if they would give us $100 back to off-set the cost of the PSNC bill and to help with our time and frustrations. I haven't heard back since. Streamline was FANTASTIC when they were trying to 'sell' us on their company but when the chips were down, due to an issue that was 100% their responsibility, they wouldn't even offer us $100 when the 1-day job was $3200. Our initial experience was AMAZING -- but it's nice to see how companies treat you when something goes wrong and in this case, I was incredibly disappointed by their time to respond and with the lack of compensation, and the lack of disregard for the home we've spent 2 years completely remodeling -- but more important for the lives of our family and furry family living inside the home.
