Description of Work: Got exactly what I asked for - installation of a motion detector light.

Description of Work: Arrived within the appointment time parameters with a phone call 1/2 hour before to let me know Jerry was on his way. My problem was with the ceiling light in the laundry room. He looked it over, determined it was the actual fixture and let me know he had the part with him and what the costs would be. I was quite happy with the price and OK'd the work. He completed the removal and installation, gave me the old parts (I like that a lot) and then gave me the bill. I will use Streamline again.

Description of Work: They replaced an old fan with a new fan/light combo.

Description of Work: We were renovating our kitchen and bath and looking for a plumber to take out the old sinks, shower, and faucets, replacing them with new. Streamline had done work for us before and we were pleased with the quality so we called them again. This time I was shocked by the huge price tag, so I found another plumber and got a second quote which turned out to be about half the price. Not sure why Streamline was so high, but I definitely would not use them again because of this. I now have an independent plumber who is excellent, reliable, fast, and reasonably priced. I felt like Streamline was gouging me. I had thought because it was a larger job that the price should have been relatively lower than before but it seemed they charged more because of it -- made no sense to me. Their quote was about $2000.

Description of Work: We bought a coupon to replace either a ceiling fan or two lights, but after removing the old equipment the electrician noted that the fan supports no longer met code. They worked with us to reschedule the service and install 3 new lights at a prorated cost from the original coupon. We were pleased with both the quality of their work and their flexibility.

Description of Work: Installed water filter for whole house. Installation was done very well. Only complate I have is we asked the tech what filters to use in the filter and tech said he would email me the info. Never got anything from the tech or company.

Description of Work: Called this company to hang 2 lights. He ended up hanging one of the lights for$98. The other light was quoted as $544 to hang. I called another electrician the next day and got it hung yesterday for $135.The man was very nice but their pricing would make me not use again or recommend.

Description of Work: They are very responsive and professional. I think they are fair .business people. Had a bit of an issue but they called me right away and woeked tio resolved it.

Description of Work: Came to assess the hot water heater, which was leaking from the bottom of the tank. Determined that it needed to be replaced. Uninstalled the old, installed the new. Absolutely PERFECT service.

Description of Work: Richard is a darling! He made appointment, called the day of to verify, and showed up right on time. We were very pleased with the work he did. We have other work that he has given us an estimate for and we plan to use him for that. We highly recommend him. You can't go wrong with Richard.
