Description of Work: I was initially referred to Steve by my realtor in the Charlotte market where I was moving from. Steve contacted me and asked the questions that needed to be answered in order to find me a new home in Raleigh. My home in Charlotte took a good while to sell as the market there was impacted more so than Raleigh but, Steve was patient and not pushy as I looked here while waiting to wrap up the house in Charlotte Once that was behind me, he was proactive in helping me determine the best neighborhoods for me, as a newcomer, based on where I wanted to be for employment and social- I LOVE my new neighborhood. Steve was instrumental in getting me into a wonderful neighborhood super convenient to work, play and everything I need to be comfortable. He also was able to guide me thru the properties to see where my investment will have the best long term results. Can't say enough about how terrific it was to work with Steve. He is calm, patient, knowledgeable, professional and proactive. EVERYTHING one could want in a realtor! Thanks Steve!!
