Steve Hamilton

Associated with the Fonville Morisey Agency, Steve Hamilton is simply amazing. From our first contact in approx January of 2013 through our closing in April of 2013, he never ceased to astound my husband and me. In addition to intuitively zeroing in on the house of our dreams, Steve kept track of all that needed to be done right up and through our closing, with gentle reminders as deadlines loomed. He's very knowledgeable about the entire Wake County area, which was invaluable for us, as we were brand new to the area. There was never a problem in reaching him-if he was unable to take one of our many calls, he got back to us within a short window. On the rare occasion that he was unable to answer our questions, he researched the subject and got back to us, always reassuring us that "no question is too frivolous". When our inspector informed us that he "doesn't do re-inspections prior to closing", Steve went down into the crawlspace himself and photographed the repairs, labeling and forwarding each photograph to us. He kept track of all stages of the mortgage and purchase procedures. He was tireless and honest, even when it went against his own self-interest. We're definitely not planning on moving again anytime soon, but if we do, we'll be calling on Steve Hamilton.
