SOCAZ PAINTING

We moved into a home that had a large unfinished ramp, deck and handrails. Even though it was December and REALLY cold, we thought it was best to protect the wood from the weather as much as possible. Torrance and his crew came out and worked diligently in the cold cold weather to complete the job. We also had a problem with the color on the deck not turning out the way we wanted it to look, and they adjusted our invoice and helped us resolve the problem.

I got several estimates and they were the best. The work done was beyond our expectations. The staff was very nice, responsible,on time, and cleaned up after themselves.

They were great as always. He has done gorgeous ceilings and crown moldings. They are professional and expensive but the quality is superb. After painting, they shine that cone light onto their work to look out for any imperfections. They are the only professional painting company you want to use in your house. I have use them for many years. I will absolutely continue to use them.

They are absolutely amazing. I first saw how good their work was at my neighbors place. They are soon returning to paint the last room. Every drop of paint in my house will be painted b them only.

The painters did an amazing job! They went above and beyond with their work and the areas painted looked exactly as I envisioned them. They worked diligently to prep, paint, and clean up and finished a big job in one day. Even my dad was impressed! Believe me when I say that's no easy accomplishment!

They are on time they do a good job, they clean up back. If there is any problem the next five years they'll come back and touch up or fix up anything that, it's absolutely the highest quality of anchors that we've had to deal with.

Mostly went well, but there is a problem with one part. One section is significantly lighter than all of the rest. I've contacted Socaz to discuss (of course, they already have been paid), and can't get a reply. I simply asked them to come out and assess the problem - as I was willing to put a second coat on the section that is so much lighter. Social talks a lot about customer service, and overwhelms you with communications prior to doing the job. But, it turns out they are unavailable once they've been paid.

I've found my painter for life! Once again, Socaz Painting has wowed me with superior customer service and exquisite painting. I had the pleasure of a visit from owner Torrance De Leon and representative William (from Sherwin Williams). They worked as a team on my behalf to create the best solution for my bathroom. They pinpointed the type of paint sheen that would hold up to the moisture of the room. They listened to my concerns about maintaining the quality and look of the paint. They patiently answered my questions and then crafted the solution they felt would best meet my needs. Torrance called me on a Saturday 10 minutes after receiving my letter by email. No wading through layers of bureaucracy with his company! How absolutely refreshing. Special thanks and commendation to painter Carla, so skilled at her craft she must have been born with a brush in her hand. My painter for life can be yours also. Socaz will dazzle you AND your walls.

I purchased a one-day painter special and the painter did an excellent job. He was extremely professional, clearly skilled with attention to detail. Prep work and clean up was great. He went the extra mile and re-caulked to give the whole area a clean, crisp, refreshed look. Definitely recommend!

I am a repeat customer of SOCAZ Painting. They painted the exterior of my house in 2013, and I posted a detailed review about that job on Angie’s List on 09/21/13. In May 2016, the SOCAZ crew pressure washed my house, decks, walkways, concrete under the deck, and side patio and followed that with initial deck sanding. Their gifted color specialist, Thomas Shelton, once again gave me spot-on advice regarding stain colors and instructed the crew on exactly how he wanted the stain and finish applied. In June 2016, the crew returned (delayed by the May rains) to do extensive sanding and deck preparation on the front and back decks and then applied the stain. Several crew members worked on my project. All were polite, hardworking, and very skilled. I’m very pleased with their work and highly recommend SOCAZ Painting.

The guy who did the work was very meticulous. He noticed that there were additional places that needed to be caulked and asked if I wanted to have this work done. I called the company and indicated that I did want that work done and the company communicated with their worker to do the work. Even this additional work fit within the time estimated for the job, so it did not cost me any additional money. I was grateful that he brought this to my attention so I could have peace of mind that the exterior of the house was not allowing water to leak into the house. I was VERY happy with the work performed and if I were to have either the interior or exterior of my house painted I would hire them again. They were prompt and did what they said they were going to do.

All staff, from Rayna at the front desk, to my painters - Angel and Mike - were outstanding! Angel and Mike were courteous, professional, knowledgable, patient with my questions, neat in their work and materials, on-time, customer-oriented and had very pleasant demeanors. I would recommend Socaz to anyone looking for professional, perfect painting! Don't cut corners. Go to the best and the best is Socaz! Socaz Painting by far exceeded my expectations!

Overall a good experience, painters did a fine job, were professional.

Consultant came out to provide estimate and did a very good job going through options and providing information. I had considered switching the paint color before selling the house, and she advised me it wasn't neccessary as that color was still up to date enough and thus saved me a coat of paint and extra labor. She also was good about mentioning what needed painting and what did not, rather than trying to paint 100% of the property, which would let to Socaz coming in signficantly cheaper. Painters arrived promptly and were reasonably quick about completing work, which was nice. Quality of work was very good, and the company identified some spots not done to satisfaction that they corrected. My only complaints were that some spots in archways were missed entirely (left cracked) and also cleanup was *NOT* good, as I had to spend another hour or so cleaning dirt from tubs and floors, vacuuming, washing glass and so on. Some door knobs were left lose and though exceptionally minor, a toilet paper tube and drain stopper also accidentally disappeared. They did a good job with the paint despite some minor visible touch up areas, and I was pretty happy with the value for the price, though the quality of cleanup left some reservations, it was not too much trouble, and I think the company will probably look into this better in the future. They did not offer a discount for the trouble, and I declined having them come out and fix the missed spots because I didn't want to do further cleanup.

Socaz was not the lowest priced bid we got- but was by far the most professional and gave us a very reliable vibe. Our intuition was correct. They did a beautiful job. What really amazed (and delighted) us was how our house was cleaned up every day when we came home so we could stay at home throughout the entire process! The crew was dedicated, showed up on time (for a daily meeting before starting) and stayed with the work until it was done. All debris created was hauled away and they constantly checked in with us to make sure we were happy. There was a closet we forgot to have them paint, and they came back to paint it. We were so happy with their work that my husband hired them to paint the outside of his workplace as well- a very old building that sorely needed a fresh look. We will definitely ask Socaz in the future for all of our painting needs.5/1

We were very pleased with the work that was completed. All of the painting was completed in 1 1/2 days. The results were very professional. When they were done it was like they were never there - all furniture and fixtures were moved back to their original places. I would highly recommend Socaz for any painting needs.

It is beautiful. He chose a color that I didn't even look at as a possibility. We went with that color which complimented both rooms.

Color consult was really helpful, and the painting work was excellent.

I was told by the estimator that came out that she would have the estimate to me by that evening but no later than the following day. When i had not heard back from her after more than a week, I called the office and spoke to a gentleman who said he would take care of it. I never heard back. Yet, I continued to receive general advertisements (flyers and even an email) from this company as if I were someone they had not heard of. Why would they continue to solicit businesswhen they do not appear to be able to handle business offered to them?

The consultant showed up on time and was professional. The color we chose from the color swatches seemed good. However, when i picked up a sample of the actual paint color, the color on the wall was very grey. As I needed a color that would coordinate with the tans of the furniture and browns in the adjoining rooms, the grey was a poor color choice. I then asked Sherwin Williams to send a consultant and we selected a color i am very happy with.

Very pleased with the work, especially for the price. George (or Jorge) was very friendly and did a good job. His work brightened the house and I look forward to working with Socaz in the future to paint additional rooms.

Very professional all the way. Felt I got so much more than I bargained for. He is the "paint whisperer", in my humble opinion, and I am an artist. But these rooms and the lighting and the furniture had me confused. He was GREAT!!!

It went very well. The supplier was in touch with me immediately after the purchase. The painters showed up on time and went straight to work. They were professional, took great care to protect my carpet and did a very good job. We consulted at the end, hit a few touch up spots and in less than 4 hours they were done and gone. Great transaction.
