+ -1 moreHe arrived on time, I explained what was needed. Forty sq.ft. of wood had to be replaced and then everything refinished. He took measurements & notes and said he would call with an estimate. He had all my contact information. He never called, emailed or mailed. Perhaps the job was too small, but a call would have been appreciated. I considered giving an F, but at least he showed up for the estimate. Nevertheless, it was a complete waste of time.
Description of Work: Bobby Smith came by to give an estimate for a small (about 200 sq. ft.) floor repair and refinishing job.
