Tyler from Smart Energy called me back almost immediately and came out within a few days to get the work done. It was a great experience and I'll absolutely use them again. I would highly recommend Smart Energy.

My project required me to get rid of one of my garage lights but when I got home that evening I found that I was able to keep my second light and the tech just added an outlet instead. Very pleased with the out come.

As of 2-16-2018, the state of North Carolina and HUD are investigating Russ Smith's unethical conduct. Among other issues, investigators are very concerned that he lied in writing to the NC Attorney General.

Service was efficient, courteous and clean. When an unforeseen problem developed after hours, the owner returned to correct it.

He was really informative and didn't mind that my toddler was running around asking "what's that" every five mins.

I had to reschedule several times because ordered parts had not arrived at promised time. Russ was extremely kind in rearranging his schedule to accommodate me each time. He was professional and respectful (no shoes worn inside my house - he put on and took of his shoes at entryway each time he had to go to his truck to retrieve something). Worked non stop for 4 h to do install 5 fans and they all seem to be working perfectly well so far (been less than a week). But I can confirm that I am pleased with his work and will surely use him again for other electrical work.

The quality of the workmanship was excellent! They were patient with the discussion around the work I needed. Lots of options were discussed to get down to what I actually wanted. At the end of the day the results ended up even better than I expected.

Showed up when they said they would. They took off their shoes since the company doesn't provide shoe covers. They were quick and knowledgeable. I will definitely use this company again!
