Excellent. Actually, the tech (Jason) had to find a way to install a concealed outlet to provide power to the camera without exposing the power cable. The camera actually looks like a normal front door lamp. This is well done as a previous electrician couldn't have a clue how to install the camera as there was no outlet near the location I wanted to install the camera.

They were out promptly the next day for a quote. They replaced the heater the next day. Better yet, they found (and fixed) a fault from a previously installation. Even better, when I emailed them 6 weeks later about something rattling down there, they responded that evening and had someone out (free of charge) to fix it the next day. Instant fix. No more rattles. Perfect service. Responsive. Polite. Takes responsibility for their own work. Cannot say enough good things about them.

Sloan Services came out to give us an estimate for replacing a electrical panel. We went with another company, but we're pleased with how quickly they responded. We were without power during the cold snap in January. But worse than that, the circuit breaker melted to our heat pump. Sloan was very concerned and responsive. They wanted to do a very high end and best quality system. We were stuck to a budget, but would have used them otherwise.

The experience was awesome. Joel quickly found the problem, detailed a reasonable and long term fix for the furnace. He had the parts on the truck and was done in less than 1 hour. I will definitely be using them again.

Joe did a very nice jobs for me, I would like to express positive comments to other people. He did several HVAC maintenance for several rental properties. Each job is well done and he is punctual all the time. Since then, I asked him to help install zone system. The first time he came, I did not realize the Gas is not On as tenants closed the account. He did not complain anything and reschedule the second time. The installation is nice. New control board is locked tightly. Damper pipe are well installed. He patiently answered all my questions. Not like other technicians I met before, Joe explains the mechanism of system very clear. He demonstrates how to control the board and what I should be careful regarding the usage. I can tell Joe is very processional. Considering all the jobs Joe and his team member helped us, the price is fairy reasonable. If I need help in future, I will contact Joe first.

Provided feedback on the status of all systems - measurements, cleaning and options for future repair or replacement. System is aging but still adequate. No pressure sale, just accurate assessment.

Matt and his team did not try to sell me more than I needed. Matt provided me with a detailed estimate. The day of the job, Matt and his team arrived on time. When they would a section of venting that was damaged, they consulted with me and gave e my options before finishing the job. Aside from the replacement of the unforeseen venting issue, Matt's estimate was spot on. I did have to call Sloan Services back to adjust the force of the blower and the response time was outstanding. Very pleased with Matt and his team.
