Matthew did a great job, as usual. I have been using him for the past year to do various electrical project upgrades throughout my home in North Raleigh. He is extremely diligent in his field and will tell you all the details of what he is doing and why he is doing it.

My friend at the gym recommended Sloan Electric to me and I am so glad. Matt was prompt for both the appointment when he gave me the estimate and when he came back to do the work. He clearly understood the goals I had for the electrical work and could clearly think out of the box as he offered me several solutions to the problems making sure that the completed projects were safe and just what I wanted. Matt was very professional and the quality of his work was outstanding. All this and he did the work on Saturday too when it was convenient for me! My next project is installation of pendant lights, I plan to call Matt for this too. I have already recommended Matt to one of my neighbors.

I had a whole house dehumidifier installed. I thought that the guys that installed it over loaded my breaker because it kept tripping. They called out Matthew to fix the problem. It turned out that the dehumidifier wasn't the issue. My husband had pressure washed the house the week before and got an outlet outside wet and that was tripping the breaker. Matthew put the dehumidifier on its own power supply and replaced the outside receptical. When the owner of the other company called me to tell my Matthew was coming and when he'd be there I was expecting he'd be late. That wasn't the case. He was on time, went straight to work fixed the problems quickly (he charges by the hour). He was honest and straight forward. He respected my home while he was in it, took off his shoes each time he came in and out. He was friendly and very personable. Sloan electric service is now my family's electrician. I was very satisfied with everything he did and his quality of work.

Matt was great. I spoke with him over the phone. He was finishing another job and was at our house within the hour. He was very professional with both myself (over the phone) and my wife (at the house). He found the problem quickly and was able to fix it without problem. He explained what was going on and what he did to both my wife and then later to me. I would definitely call on him!!!
