I have used Signature Green for lawn fertilization and pest treatments, for nearly ten years. Very pleased with the service, quality, professionalism. My lawn usually looks extremely good, beautiful, especially in the spring. Exception being that it looks weaker during the summer (grass is fescue) during drought (but still as good or better than most neighbor lawns). He offers additional services, at additional cost, including: disease/brown patch control, nutsedge control, aerate and overseed. I find the basic treatment cost to be fair. Other service providers will do the same work for a bit less money, but, frankly, I trust Paul and see that he pays careful attention to the work he does. I have had Paul aerate and overseed in the past, but I do find his prices to be higher than I am willing to pay for that service. To be fair, his price for the service isn't all that different from other top notch service providers. Similarly, though I have some yellow nutsedge growing in my yard, I haven't been able to justify the cost of having a professional (any professional) treat that. I did treat the nutsedge myself last year, aggressively (killing some fescue and requiring extra work to regrow that this year), so hopefully (fingers crossed), I will not have quite as much nutsedge this year. My feeling is that a professional would have access to a product that does a better job of targeting nutsedge vs. primary turf, so if you're unwilling to deal with recovering your primary turf, probably you would decided to have a professional treat this tough weed for you.

They are very good. They also leave a report about the work that consists of wind directions, temperature and some suggestion to keep the lawn in good condition. I have been using them for eight years and they have always exceeded my expectations. They are reliable and have certified professional. They maintained golf courses prior to starting their company so, they have very good experience.
