Sigmon built our house 20 years ago – including Andersen windows/doors. Building quality was/is excellent. Around 10 years ago, a couple of the Andersen doors in the breezeway started to get ‘sticky’. We recently contacted Andersen door vendors via this website and were advised that they could sell us new Andersen door assemblies but not service anything. Unacceptable. We contacted Sigmon and they arranged for their Andersen door expert to fix 2 sets of doors - took him less than an hour. Nothing but good things to say about Sigmon.

The Sigmon Small Home Renovations Division rep came out after we had to wait about a month for the appointment, the Monday after Thanksgiving. We walked the house going over all of the repairs and were told it would take 2 weeks to receive the estimate because he would need to send his brick mason out to help price the job. We never never heard from anyone at Sigmon again. I've been lucky with Angie's List and have been working as my own contractor.
Description of Work: The exterior of our home needed work -- cracked bricks, rotten dormers, bay window repairs, new porch railings, new back stoop, all exterior trim paint, 12 new exterior shutters with hardware and 2 new storm doors.
