Sigmon Construction Co

Sigmon Construction came out to consult for an estimate on Monday, November 27, 2017. Yesterday, Friday, June 29, 2018 at 7:18 AM, (214 days later!) I received an email from Mr. Wilson as to whether or not I still needed an estimate. . . . I feel like I've been punked. No, Mr. Wilson, I don't need your estimate. Thanks to ANGIE'S LIST I worked as my own contractor and got all of the work done with excellent results! My advice -- use Angie's List for all of your construction needs. You can be your own contractor if you're patient!

I had them out, he did all of my minor repairs, he was great, would recommend. He was prompt, very nice to talk to. WONDERFUL!

The process was great. Only issue we had was some scheduling with one of their electrical subs, but they still made it a relatively painless process.

They do very good quality work, they were a little delayed in completing the job the way they said but we would use them again. They had a significant price.I used both the recommendations in your services and our neighbors have used them. They are very professional.

From the very beginning up until the present time we have had a great experience with Hardin. If we had any questions he was willing and able to work with us. We met with him weekly while we were building our house, and were pleased with that plan. Since we moved into a smaller house two years ago, we have used his company for remodeling jobs, and it has been most pleasant.

The company worked with me to get the door installed in time to get the Federal tax credit. It was cold and snowing but the the carpenters perfomed their jobs professionally. However, the job remains unfinished. The counter top has not been cut away. The carpenter's cut the counter top from the wall so, now it's unusable and in the way. The project manager, Steve, insists that I did not include that in the initial job description. However, we had 2 other companies price the job with the counter top. In addition, my mother reminded me while we were talking to Steve that the counter top must be included. It is too tiring to fight with the project manager so I've left it alone. However, the eat in area is crowded out by the freezer that is supposed to fit under the counter top. I may use the company again but I will not work with Steve again.

THESE PEOPLE DID VERY GOOD WORK. THEY WERE FRIENDLY AND VERY COURTEOUS. THEY CLEANED UP THEIR SUPPLIES AND ALL OF THE LEFT OVER MATERIALS. I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THE NEW FLOOR SO I THINK THAT MEANS THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB.
