 + -1 moreShaw Waste went above and beyond their job requirements when I was too rushed to get my cans out to the curb recently. The pick-up team saw that my cans were outside of my garage, and instead of just skipping my home, they came up the drive and got the cans for me! On a week where I was overwhelmed with big tasks, Shaw Waste's staff stepped in and covered this one small task for me (without even knowing how much I needed it this week!). There are little kindnesses to be done in this world, and whomever this employee is - thank you for the small kindness you showed one of your many customers, you never know what that means to someone, and to me, on this week, it meant the world!

 + -1 moreGarbage is picked up on schedule. Trash can is left at side of the drive. Rarely a few papers/bits of trash are left along the roadside.

 + -1 moreI THINK THE FACT THAT WE HAVE USED THEM FOR THE LAST 23 YEARS SAYS A LOT ABOUT THEM. THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND WILL ALWAYS CALL WHEN THERE IF THE TRUCKS ARE NOT ABLE TO GO OUT TO OUR HOUSE RIGHT AWAY.
Description of Work: THEY BROUGHT US A DUMPSTER SO WE COULD FILL IT WITH TREE LIMBS AFTER A STORM.

 + -1 moreTHEY HAVE REALLY NOT BEEN VERY GOOD. THEY HAVE AUTOMATED TRUCKS AND SOMETIMES THEY LEAVE THE DUMPSTER JUST SITTING HALFWAY IN THE DRIVEWAY. IT'S A HUGE INCONVENIENCE.
