Do not get the advantage plan for your hot water heater. I had my hot water heater for years with absolutely no problems. I got a new HVAC and they convinced me to add on the hot water heater. What a huge mistake. I had them come out and check it because the water was not getting as hot. They told me that the thermostat needed to be adjusted. I have had the thing 8months, so this did not make sense. 2 hours after they leave the water heater starts to beep, so loud you can hear it all over the house. When I called service experts, the response was they could do nothing until the morning between 8 and 10am. Why am I paying this exorbitant amount of money for nothing, but sorry customer service. If I had not signed a contract, I would get rid of them in a heart beat. This is so unacceptable in today's market. In conclusion, I would not use any of their services in the future.
