The consistence has been since I have been dealing with them directly. It has been 3 years since I have been dealing with them directly. My household has been using them for a long time.

Excellent. My technician, David Haseman, was knowledgeable and professional. He told me exactly what he was doing and why, and made sure I knew what to expect going forward. I've already referred a friend to this company and him.

I don't really know and I can't remember their phone number or the street they're located on; and the reason I don't know and I don't want to remember is because it was terrible. Would I use them again? Not in this lifetime. They had to come out so many times to actually do the job right. The first time, I think they sent out the F team. We finally got somebody that was maybe the C team. What could they work on in the future? Salesmen that don't hand you a line of baloney and that don't tell you you need things that you don't need, and then workers who come out and actually know what they're doing and how to do it properly the first time, and then for resolutions when there are as many complaints coming in from a job that they received from us; somebody should have come out a lot sooner to check on what was going on.

I paid for a biannual checkup, so I didn't have to pay anything. They had given me an estimate for some additional work that I need done and I would say their price is more in the C range. I think they do good work. They're professional. I do think their prices are too high and so I would definitely shop around and see if I can get something comparable for cheaper. I've used them for a number of years now.

We have always used them so I don't really have any experience with any other company. They always come out when they are supposed to and we've never had an issue with them. They replaced a couple of furnaces and air conditioners, and they replaced some equipment for us, and we're happy with them. We were a little slow in making appointments. They get really busy. They let us know when it is time to make an appointment, and we just didn't get around to it, but other than that, we don't have any problems. We don't have anything to compare it with when it comes to price. The quality is fine. Our heating and air conditioning still work after almost 30 years.

Have used Service Experts ever since they took over Piedmont Heating and Cooling (and Piedmont before that beginning in 1980) and will continue to do so.

They do good service. The techs are fine.

I would use them again, just in this one area. Outside of heating and air conditioner, they are very expensive.

I bought a contract from them and so the cost of service was under the contract. I requested a specific technician who has done the last three or four visits for me and he does a very good job.

I bought a contract with them and including the contract, the total cost was $1,320 and the contract was $180. I got a discount on the work. The discount that I got basically paid for the contract so I went ahead and bought it.

We have always had great service from Service Experts of Raleigh. HVAC systems with air handlers, condensers, pumps, and electrical anomalies can be problematic to trouble shoot. I trust these guys and they have treated us fairly for the last 10 years +.

I keep a service contract with them for the maintenance.

It went well and as a result I will do a few of the things they recommended.

We feel they've done a fair job. Given us good service and fair prices.

Couple of weeks later same problem, different tech & salesman show up and tell us that not only is there a water problem and a leaking compressor motor bearing, freon leaks and corroded coil are causing the drain pan to fill up and they can run a $600.00 test to find the leak but there is no guarantee that it can be fixed if it is in the coil and it will cost over $3000.00 for a new if they can find one. Requested quote for new system, received three quotes based on quality & type of system. Selected lowest at $10300 and he demanded payment by credit card for an install 2 days later. We did not feel comfortable with the situation so cancelled and went with different contractor.

They're reliable. They come when they say they are going to come. They come on schedule.

Their pricing was as good as any. The quality of their service was very good. You get what you pay for.

The service went fine, felt that the worker made a comprehensive evaluation of both our units, cleaned them, and found an issue that was fixed before causing us an outage. Work was completed timely and with a friendly and professional manor. Ended up with annual maintenance/service agreement.

My upstairs HVAC air-conditioner went out last night. This morning I called Service Experts Raleigh and they had a repairman come out within 3 hours (on a Sunday) to investigate. Our repairman (Gabe Smith) was excellent. Probably one of the best experiences that I've had with a repairman. He was very thorough in his diagnosis of the problem, tenacious in getting it fixed and diligent in keeping me informed of what he needed to do every step of the way. The cost of the fix was very reasonable and I was very satisfied with the visit. I highly recommend Service Experts Raleigh and Gabe for any of your heating and air conditioning needs. :)

Fine. I've used them for years and they are good to work with on these cooling and heating products.

Steve Emmons at Service Experts helped us after an AC failure in June 2015. I had previously had a good experience with SE (at a different house) and checked with them plus another vendor. I ended up going with SE. The HVAC systems in my new house (built in 1986) were not appropriately sized or designed for the actual space and airflow. One of the systems was essentially straddling 2 areas of the house that are cut off from each other, which makes no sense for air flow. So we replaced 2 units of the same size (I think both were 2.5 or 3 ton) with 2 units of different sizes (2 and 4 ton) and redirected the ductwork. The systems work better now, more even cooling & heating. SE did a good job in finding the right way to do the replacement and correct some issues that resulted from previous poor design. Overall they did a great job. My only complaint is that the initial estimate was WAY too high, and while the end price wasn't cheap I think it was fair for the quality of the system and the work involved. (There were a couple of rebates which brought it down a little more too.)
