The new heat pump system that they put in works really well as it is a lot better than the old one. The workers worked very quickly to get the system in as quickly as they could and they left no mess behind. I was very pleased with the work that they did.

They worked very quickly to make sure they got our furnace in before it got too cold. The workers were really nice and took good care of our home while they were here. We could not be happier with how they installed our furnace.

We are very happy with the new furnace and air conditioner that Service Experts installed in our home. Both of the units work very well. They were very reasonably priced and they were able to get both units installed in the same day.
Description of Work: Service Experts put a new furnace and air conditioner in our 3100 square foot home. They did not replace any of the duct work.

They are on time but always have a long list of extra services they want to sell like air cleaners, duct cleaning and sealing, etc. Lately they have been trying to scare me with the M world (Mold). I don't feel like I can trust their advice since I think everyone is on commission.

Service Experts has been to our house several times for estimates. They are consistently polite, personable, and professional. However, I couldn't help but notice a pattern; they always recommend replacing the units rather than repairing them. They are little heavy on the ''up sell''.

They are always proactive in contacting me to make appointments. I never have to call them. Moreover, they are always punctual and arrive when they say they're going to arrive.
Description of Work: I have a service contract with Service Experts. They clean and service my A/C in the summer and my heater in the Winter. Today they cleaned my A/C. The humidity was high in my home 75%. When the service man left, he'd gotten in down to 64%.

As I have come to expect of Service Experts, their response and follow-up was speedy and on-time. I also felt that the sales reps were truly giving me all the options and not just trying to forever upsell me. I have a feeling that Service Experts is not the cheapest of their kind, but their apparent concern for the customer and quality of work make me feel like it's worth anything extra that I might be paying.
Description of Work: Our a/c wasn't emitting sufficient cold air, so I figured we needed some refrigerant. I called Service Experts, as they have been regularly servicing our heat & a/c twice a year. The service rep determined that I needed a new coil, which would have cost around $1,500. Given the age of the system, though (15 years), the rep suggested that we consider a whole new a/c system, which would include a coil and cost at least $4,000. After much hemming and hawing, we finally decided to invest in a new system.

MY MOM TOLD ME TO USE THIS COMPANY. THIS COMPANY ARRIVED THE SAME DAY THAT I CALLED. THEY HAD THE TOOLS AND PARTS ON THE TRUCK. IT TOOK THEM LESS THAT TWO HOURS TO REPAIR THE MOTOR.

WHEN THEY MAKE THEIR APPOINTMENTS I CAN ALWAYS COUNT ON THEM BEING OUT AT THE HOUSE AT THE TIME THAT THEY SAID. IT'S EASY FOR ME BECAUSE THEY WILL CALL ME WHEN IT IS TIME TO COME OUT, SO I DON T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT ANYTHING.
