I like that they arrive on time. They give us money saving tips. The technicians that they send are professional and they know what they are talking about.

Pretty good overall. Only weird thing was that the service technician was not quite as professional as I'd have liked. He smoked a cigarette while cleaning the unit and ended up filling our house with the smell of cigarette smoke. Otherwise, this cost of the service is worth the money - I just hope they send a different technician out next time.

The day the wildfire smoke was in Raleigh I woke up and thought it was my A/C system b/c a different company had told me the summer before it was on its last legs. I couldn't get a company to come for two weeks. Once I realized that it was the wildfires, I called and postponed the appointment to just have a check-up. Service guy showed up on time and thoroughly checked the system parts outside and upstairs. He said I had a small leak and was very helpful when I asked about the life of my system. He said I needn't think about it yet but we had a good discussion about the freon changeover and what that would mean. I felt he was very straightforward and honest--there was no hard sell or anything. But given how long it takes to get help when something does go wrong (in the triple digit heat of July, of course), I knew I wanted to sign onto a maintenance plan.

My experience with them was good. They did a fine job. There was a problem over the weekend and they came out and took care of it at no charge. I would recommend them.

They did a very good job when they were out here. They showed up on time to do the work for me. They were very courteous when they were there working.

The service was excellent. The guy was very helpful. They explain things and are patient. All of their people are good. They are very smart business people.

They were very good. My only complaint is that they promised to replace the boots, and they left the original. They did go out of their way though to replace one of my pumps.

The technician and his helper were top notch experienced installers. Did I mention that the upgraded air handler went into the upstairs attic? They arrived on time ready to go to work. They replaced the air handler upstairs first without to much effort. I would have liked it if they had been a little cleaner while bringing the old components out. Foot booties would have been a nice touch. Not really a big deal as they made every effort to clean up what was messed up. They installed the outside compressor unit with the wrong unit. But the unit that was installed was an upgraded version of what I spec'd and actually increased the SEER rating. Rather than try to return the unit the salesman had the Technical Supervisor come out and calculate, check and explain that this unit did indeed meet the spec's agreed upon. There was no charge for the upgraded unit, technical support or the free programmable thermostat for the downstairs unit "for my trouble". Even with the booty suggestion I would still give them an A+! One more thing; they first gave me my estimate in September 08. I had a heart attack and had to put everything off. But when the salesman came out he said he would honor the original estimate and make it work. Can't do any better than that. KUDO's to SE of the Triangle and there sales and technical staff.

Technician gave estimate of cost on 7/26, which I approved. They called Monday 7/28 to set up repair appointment, which they kept on Tuesday. Work performed as needed.

The actual repair cost was completed satisfactorily, however we overpaid for what turned out to be a non-existent annual service agreement. They charged $79 for a diagnostic fee, another $79 for an annual service agreement which they did not honor, and $551 to fix the furnace. I absolutely will not use this company again.

Tech overstated the amount of coolant needed to refill the system and pressed me to get a sales call to my house. In the end I went with a different company who was willing to try to keep my comfortable in the heat and not just sell me a new system.

Technician showed up on time and found the problem quickly. He did not have the part with him and took well over 2 hours picking it up. He repaired the unit then tried to sell me a new total system. He would have had better luck if he had tried selling it prior to all the repairs. In retrospect I think their prices are very high and this technician did a very poor job of explaining my options. I will not use them again.

The technician was quick to discover the problem. After making the repairs, he performed a system check once he had re-started the unit. He never tried to force an unnecessary repair or replacement product. He suggested considering a service contract due to the age of the unit but never once did he try to use strong arm tactics like they do in the big box electronics stores when you buy something as small as a toaster or a microwave.

I would highly recommend not using this company because they diagnosed the problem incorrectly. They tried to sell new equipment for a system that was not broken.

Our heat pump stopped providing cool air. We called Service Experts and were amazed that they were able to have someone on site in less than an hour! Their technician diagnosed the problem as a failed capacitor which he replaced immediately, having the necessary part in his truck. We were delighted! The tech (Michael Wilson) also checked the system for possible other issues. He found none. In addition, we were impressed with the consideration shown to our property during his visit. He wore booties to protect our floors and was very careful about bringing in his ladder and tools during his work. (He even replaced a burned out bulb in our attic.) We highly recommend Service Experts.

Home A/C would not cool at all. They came out within two hours on a Sunday morning, diagnosed and replaced a faulty capacitor. Also did a thorough A/C system check, all within one hour. This was my first experience with these folks and it was so satisfactory that I am switching to them for my system maintenance going forward.

The company was fantastic! They came out the same day even though we called in the afternoon. The service consultant was polite, friendly, and took no time at all. We even asked for extra business cards because we would definitely recommend again.

The job was completed as expected and exactly as budgeted.

Complete evaluation of air conditioner and furnace led to discovery of a faulty compressor and compensator that could have been expensive to repair. We've also had a service contract with this company for several years on our previous home and have been extremely pleased with the professionalism and dependability of their service.

This company does not even care enough to finish a quote or leave a business card. He did show up for the appointment on time. I guess that's something.

On time, pleasant, worked quickly, fixed problems.

The units work very well. We bought each set within six months of each other. They are rather expensive, but the quality of the product they sell is good. They do good work and we don t have any complaints except for the price. I would use them again. They were prompt, efficient, and they did not leave a mess.

We have been using these guys for a while. We have had to have a little work done between visits that they have charged us for. It varied as to what the parts and labor cost. They are always on time and easy to schedule maintenance with. We feel that the price of the contract is in line with their competitors.

Well, they seemed to be really good. They came out when they said they would and they did things very efficiently. One time I had to have them come for an emergency when I could not get the heat or air to work. I cannot recall which one it was, but, they came right away with no problems. They are really professional and I am happy to use them.

These guys put a lot of detail into their work. They are very thorough and answer all of my questions. They are hard working and a great company to do business with. Their prices are good and they really stay on top of everything, so that you don t end up having to spend more later.
