UPDATE, October 2012: The gate had additional problems. This time, our experience was satisfactory. The service was scheduled promptly, technicians came out and performed troubleshooting. They advised that the controller board and the actuator arm needed to be replaced. The replacement occurred without difficulty. They did a thorough test of the gate operation and made certain we were satisfied with the repair job. Again, this repair was done under warranty at no additional cost to us. A totally different experience. May 2012: I did not pay anything because it was warranty coverage. It was very difficult to get them to schedule a visit because we are a small residential customer rather than a large commercial customer. They did say they gave preference to their commercial accounts. I pointed out that they had already cashed my check so I deserved the service regardless of what size customer I was. That was what I did not care for but they managed to work through that and they did come out to repair the gate satisfactorily. It did take longer than it should have. The technician who came out was excellent in every way but the owner?s attitude was rude and not business like; dealing with the company to get the work done was very stressful. Their price was good. Once they got it done the quality was good but they kept putting off our appointment. I would use them again in the future if needed because they are the only company that provides the service that we need.

a lightening storm had apparently shorted out part of my gate controls while I was on vacation. When I called for service, the dispatcher was quite efficient, but stated it might take until the following day before someone could come out. Instead their technician arrived the same day, diagnosed the problem, modified what he could, and placed an order for a part. It took 10 days or so for the part to be installed, but the gate worked in the meantime. Upon repair, the gate works perfectly. yeah!

They pretty much did what they said they were going to do. The price was a bit high. We had investigated the price of the components and there are very few other companies that do the work so it was kind of hard to compare pricing. The staff was very good and the quality was very good. We've only had it for a couple of days. They understood our concerns and they also had knowledge of automatic gate openers so we thought their work was good. They were very neat and they picked up the metal filings after their work, which we appreciated because we have dogs.

SAS replaced the existing gate opener. They were able to perform the work quickly, did an excellent job installing and cleaning up the work site. Very professional. Would definitely use them again.

I had used Secure Access Services in the past for repairs and was pleased with their work. Michael was very helpful in working with me to pick out the right opener for my situation. The workmen were very courteous, did their job well and did an excellent job of cleaning up the work site. Michael followed up after the job was finished to make sure everything was working correctly and to my satisfaction - a nice touch! I was very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them.
