I went to Sears so I could put my tires on my Sears card, but had such a terrible experience that I will NEVER go to this Sears again. The one thing I can say that it has going for it is convenience. It is nice to drop your car off for an oil change or service and be able to walk around the mall. But the staff and more importantly the management is just plain awful. I had all 4 tires replaced at the same time, only to find out 2 months later that one of the tires was not the same, or even the right size for my car. One of the other Sears auto centers found the problem and called this Sears to tell them of their mistake. After a back and forth exchange with both managers, it was finally decided that I would have to go back to the Crabtree Valley Sears to have the tire replaced. Of course when I got there no one was aware of the issue. I had to wait again for the employee to call the other Sears and talk to the manager. Finally after several hours I received the new tire free of charge, though they wanted to charge me for an alignment which I was NOT paying. I had them align the car for free as well. While this happened last year and the management might have changed, I will not be taking my new car to this Sears for any service.
