When applicable, Jon made recommendations regarding replacing consumable items now or waiting. The end result is that I received wonderful service and saved money. I will gladly use Jon again or recommend him to others.
Description of Work: Jon performed routine maintenance on two of our units and replaced a capacitor.

+ -1 moreExtremely well! 5 Star Review! Highly recommended! (I always wait a few weeks to post a review; just to make sure the repairs worked) John was kind enough to interact with me by email. I was in no rush and requested a day that was convenient to him. He came over three days after 1st contact. John, at $49 service call, $50 labor and $80/lb of Freon 22, was the most reasonably priced AC Service company I could find online. He also has 30+ positive Yelp reviews with many in 2016. My 5 star review will be posted on Yelp soon. P.S., John responded to me this past weekend (Fri., 9/09) for an emergency call for my neighbors. They were getting married and their AC went out. He was willing to come by Saturday morning (9/10 and the day of the PM wedding). Unfortunately for John (perhaps fortunately for all), I was able to do some simple troubleshooting and get the AC limping along. My friends are married now and they on their honeymoon. The groom and I will contact John once they have returned/settled and ask him to service their 'limping along' AC.
Description of Work: Serviced on August 25th, 2016. AC was low on Freon 22. I needed a pressure check and recharge of Freon.

+ -1 moreHe first tried to repair the A/C unit by installing a capacitor (per my suggestion), but when the problem persisted he didn't charge for it. He then correctly diagnosed the problem to be the control board as well as the fan motor. He was friendly, honest, communicative and totally professional throughout the entire repair!
Description of Work: John recently repaired our central A/C unit which suffered from multiple, complex (to diagnose) problems (control board and fan motor).

When he says that he will be there, you can be assured that it will be done professionally and correct. He follows up with you to make sure that your service is still working and if there's any issues he would return to do a diagnosis of the problem. I love SantaAir!! I would recommend John to anyone.
Description of Work: John provided me with an update every step of the way. He did the research to determine which part needed to be ordered before he did the work and provided me with the details of price.
