Description of Work: This company installed two air cond. units in my house in 06. I spent thousands of dollars with them. Tonight, sunday night one unit not working. I called the service person and he LAUGHED! Said he didn't know how soon someone could come out-maybe a week! He thought it was humerous that they were so busy I might have to wait a week. I will search for a company that cares about their customers.

Description of Work: I called to schedule someone to come out and check out some plumbing. We confirmed a day and time. They never showed up or called. It has now been over a week, and no one ever followed up. I took my business elsewhere, these guys must have plenty of work to not even bother showing up or at least calling.
