Showed up a few minutes late, as he didn't realize how far it was between his location and mine. Not a big deal. Checked and cleaned both A/C systems. Answered a lot of my DIY questions. Found refrigerant low in one system. Added it. Nothing out of the ordinary.

Rural Plumbing was great to work with. I scheduled the visit via email. They were quick to respond. The service performed was excellent. This was our "second opinion" plumber. The first company quoted $5500 and said we needed to replace all the exterior plumbing. Rural used a metal detector in the yard to assess the plumbing configuration. They determined the first company was excessive in their diagnosis. All our issues are resolved and for much less then the first plumbing quote.

This company did a terrific job! They had to dig through some woods to get to the drain. The man who ran the backhoe and ditch digger was very experienced with them and did a very good job. They did the job and came in on the estimate that they quoted. They took care of the city inspection for me. I would recommend them for large jobs.

The experience was good. The technician was nice and friendly. They did a good job.

I had a granite counter top put in which required the plumbing underneath the sink to be disconnected. It was my responsible to have the plumbing reconnected, however another company said they would reimburse me to have the plumbing reconnected. I believe once Rural Plumbing found out the other company was actually paying for the service, the plumber spent 3 1/2 hours just to reconnect the existing plumbing. That time included the plumber leaving to get a part he ended up not using. When I called and requested the service, I told the company I needed two receipts. One for work I needed done and one for reconnecting the kitchen plumbing that the other company was going to reimburse me for. That was a big mistake on my part.

Nice people, both for the estimate and the installation. The removal of the old system and the installation of the new one were completed in one day. They arrived on time, did the work, and cleaned up adequately.

I love them. They show up when they say they will. They come in and suit up and keep everything in your home super clean. They are a very professional company and good to work with.

I was very impressed with their prompt service. The guys seemed to know what they were doing and were upfront and honest.

Rural is an old well known company in Raleigh. I have personally used them for many years. They really helped us out in a timely fashion when the city was shutting down our community well. I know I will always get quality work from this Company. They are not like some of those fly by night companies with cheap prices.

Everything went very well. The 2 guys that did the installation were very friendly. We had a couple of questions and they answered every one of them. They made sure that there were no gas leaks of any kind. They did a few tests to make sure everything was working properly. They made us feel comfortable in using their company.

I really was not around to much when they were doing the work, but, after finishing everything was just fine. I have or have not had any plumbing problems since this was all done. The few times that I did see the plumbers, they seemed to be doing a great job. I fell confident to see that I probably would track them down again for a second job within my home. I would also recommend them to others because their work is good. I am not sure about pricing, it was all paid out of the $200,000 we paid to have the home built.

Steve and his crew were hard workers. I got several estimates before contracting them and for the same product and service they were by far the most affordable. The work they performed was also of excellent quality and they had pleasant and efficient workers. They also cleaned up beautifully. I do recommend their services.

Our home heats and cools a lot easier with the new units we had them put in. Both units work really well and we have not had to have any work done on them. I don't know for sure how long it took them to put them in but I think it was about three hours.

I am a very picky person on whom I hire. I can say I have used this company ten years and never had a problem. They are the most responsive and terrific company. I even had them do a complete re-pipe of all of plumbing in my house. They are the best.

They did excellent plumbing work for us. They got the job done quickly. They filled back in the yard where it was all dug up. I don't believe there are any leaks anywhere as our water pressure is good. What can I say; they were able to do a good job for us. They were also very nice people.

Since we had the new water line put in, our water bill has dropped a lot. They got the entire line in and ready for us to use water again in less than a day. They did have to dig up the yard, but they didn't make to big of a mess with the grass.

Everything is still in good shape sine they were out in 2004. I have no issues or complaints. Nothing is falling down and everything is holding up well as well could be. I believe the guys name is Mr. Bowers and he is magnificent. He is very handy dandy if you ask me. I would gladly have him back in to my home with no questions asked. I would also gladly recommend him to the best person. They really are great.

THEY WERE AN HOUR LATE. THEY SENT SOMEONE WHO DIDN'T DO THE WORK CORRECTLY, SO THEY SENT SOMEONE ELSE WHO ALSO DIDN'T KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BRING A NEW BATHTUB STOPPER AND PUT IT IN, BUT DIDN'T. THEY WERE AWFUL.

IF YOU WANT SOMETHING DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME, GET THIS COMPANY. THEY WERE RECOMMENDED TO ME BY THE CONTRACTOR THAT BUILT MY HOUSE, AND HE ONLY DEALS WITH VERY REPUTABLE SERVICE PROVIDERS.

I LIKED IT THAT THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE TO MY NEEDS. THEY SEEMED TO BE VERY RESPECTFUL TO ME. THERE HASN'T BEEN ANY LEAKS OR PROBLEMS WITH THE DRAINS AFTER THEY CLEANED THEM.

THE GUY THAT CAME OUT WAS VERY POLITE. THEY DID NOT OVERCHARGE ON ANYTHING. THEY ARE VERY RELIABLE TO US. THEY DO VERY GOOD WORK. HE MADE AN EXTRA TRIP FOR NO CHARGE. HE CLEANED UP NICE AND WAS NOT DISRESPECTFUL IN MY HOME.

THEY HAVE BEEN HERE A LONG TIME AND I HAVE USED THEM FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS. THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN PUNCTUAL AND I TRUST THEM BECAUSE OF THEIR EXPERIENCE.

THIS COMPANY IS THE NUMBER ONE BUSINESS IN MY BOOK. THE TOTAL COST WAS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL, AND THE NEW UNIT WORKS A LOT BETTER THAN THE OLD ONE. THEY DO A SUPER JOB.
