Rosco's Remodeling

I am so pleased at how quickly Rosco was able to look at the job, and even after he and I emailed back and forth for almost a week (totally due to me making a silly mistake in reading the estimate too quickly), he was was able to get started and finished the same day, only a week-and-a-half after he bid the job. Rosco's price was less than half of another bid we had for the job, and if I remember correctly, that bid didn't include the guest bath/shower! Rosco told me that he has a couple of crews that will take care of his more exciting jobs--including all sorts of remodeling work--but since this wasn't one of those, he did it himself. He was pleasant, quite professional, and even took the time to show me how to fix our toilet that wouldn't quit running, telling me that it was an easy enough fix that I should do it myself and save some money. (He was right, and it doesn't run any longer!) As he left, he also made a point of telling me to let him know if I'm dissatisfied in any way with the job and he will be back to make it right. Having moved to the area recently, it's nice to have found someone so quickly who I would trust to take care of any job around the house, big or small. Oh, and by the way, the work looks great!
