It went very well. The roofwerks crew was very skilled. They worked quickly, finished the job in less than two days, and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves.

They did an excellent job. They were very professional and did an excellent job. The guys were very well worst in what to do. I had no problems and they got it fixed. I had people come out and fix it but they couldn’t fix it properly but these guys came in and tore that all out, it was a real mess and had caused internal damage in my house. So they had it fixed and they did a very thorough job. I would highly recommend them. They were here the whole day and they were two guys. Their pricing was excellent. I had other people give me other estimates and they came in a bit lower and were right around where they were supposed to be.

After getting 5-6 estimates, we chose Roofwerks because of the product and warranty offered. They were average as far as estimates for pricing. In the initial phase, I felt Will was very knowledgeable about the products offered and the differences in quality between manufacturers. We were presented with the information we requested and not pushed toward pricier products. Work started as scheduled and was completed promptly, crew cleaned up well after themselves, we did find a few stray nails but only in fairly hidden spots. Will and his crew did a great job and we were very satisfied with the work.

I was very pleased with the work and it was important to me that the roofer used materials that qualified for the 50 year warranty.The existing roof and tar paper was removed and new materials put down. The job took 2 days. There was only one issue, but the company quickly responded and fixed it. The crew arrived, did their work, and cleaned up after themselves. A quality job!

Roofwerks is an excellent company to work with. All members of the staff are courteous and helpful. We were provided frequent updates on progress, the price was right (they helped us choose a quality shingle within our budget), and the finished roof looks great. The crew did a great clean-up around the house. I've already recommended Roofwerks to a few folks, and will continue to do so.

In hindsight Roofwerks would have been the better choice. Much better pricing by $1000, color choices and installation practices. Roofwerks rep was excellent and knowledgeable. If I could do it over I would go with Roofwerks and deal with the tight budget of 6 months same as cash that they offered.

Prompt visit, estimate, came to install on time and were professional including the cleanup.

Initial contact with salesman,John, was March 23, 2013. He was very professional. The work crew was hard-working and professional. They were also polite.They arrived on time ,and did the work efficiently. They took care of every detail.

After getting multiple bids we went selected Roofwerks based on their detailed quote and references, and the techniques that they used (eg hand nailing vs nail gun). The sales person was knowledgeable and not pushy in anyway, which was in contrast to others that we encountered, including one offering a sale that ended midnight and needed an immediate upfront payment. They used subcontractors for the bulk of the work, and it went very smoothly. It was done very efficiently and was completed in one day, although they had to come back to clean up old nails and staples in the driveway. They are insured and offered to pay for any tire damage etc, but there were no problems. They were very responsible and I would use them again, although with the 50+ year warranty on shingles this is unlikely to be necessary.

.Many of the neighbors stopped by to watch, and the crew did a great job. I will be surprised if some of the neighbors choose another roofer when they need a roof.

Within days of our request, a representative and her consultant, arrived at the appointed time. They conducted themselves professionally, provided various solutions and addressed other considerations such as liability insurance. I know that they do excellent work and clean up after themselves nicely as evidenced by my next door neighbors roof. Their quote was high because they insisted that they had to replace 2 skylights in the process. I probably would have used them otherwise.

Arrived on time and began repairs immediately, going into the attic to ascertain the exact location of the four leak, then commenced to make the repair in a quick and efficient manner.

We had 3 companies come out and provide bids. We wanted Architectural shingles, lifetime warranty, etc, etc. We ended up going with Roofwerks, not because of the price, but because of the brand of shingle they used. CertainTeed. Which we had read good things about - and we liked the colors. Before it was all said and done, they agreed to match a lower bid we had on replacing gutterwork too, and let us use an Angie's List coupon they had. 2 days work - they were in and out. Did a great job cleaning up - I think we only found 2 nails afterwards (so no flat tires). The job foreman, John, was very nice, answered all our questions. The company President came back several days later after everything was done to make sure we were happy.

I had thought abotu selectign Rookwerks intially but went with another roofign company that also had A marks on angies list but that turned out to be a disaster sicne there repair did not work - Rook werks came in charged a simalr price and did the job correctly and we've had no problems sicne that time - they were professional, timely and reasonably priced - i woudl definitely use them again

From our first consultation to the final walkthrough, everyone was super professional, helpful, and courteous. They took extra care not to damage our home in any way, including the garden and outdoor furniture. We didn't mind one bit that it took an extra half day to complete, because it was unfortunately during a heat wave... we felt so bad for the guys working on the hot roof! They did an excellent job, with much attention to every detail, and we couldn't be happier with the results. There was a small section of gutter that got damaged, but they were happy to send someone out to fix it as soon as we mentioned it.They were also thorough in picking up all the debris, including a magnetic sweep for nails. We'd highly recommend Roofwerks for any roofing job.

I needed to have my roof repaired due to a leak that suddenly happened over the Labor Day weekend. I called Roofwerks that Monday on Labor Day (Sept. 3). The company wasn't open so I left a detailed message describing the situation and explaining that it was an emergency since the roof was actively leaking and rain was in the immediate weather forecast. Despite this, I didn't receive a return call until 5 days later on a Saturday, left on my voice mail, asking if I still needed someone to come out. I called Roofwerks back the next day (Sunday) and again got into their voice mail, where I left a message saying that yes, I still needed someone and to please call me back. That was the last I heard from Roofwerks and I went with another more responsive service provider. Obviously I can't judge their work or pricing but I can say that their customer responsiveness leaves a lot to be desired.

They were great. They sent a team over to look at the area and provide an estimate for the work. I was concerned that the flashing be replaced, not just caulked, to alleviate any leaking in the area. I had received some advice that sometimes this type of repair has to be done multiple times before the problem is correctly solved. I mentioned this to the team, and they assured me that they understood what I needed them to do, that they warrantied their work, and that I could expect the problem to be solved on the first go. They included an estimate for replacing the plywood, but once they pulled up the shingles, they discovered that the plywood was in good shape and didn't need to be replaced. They informed me, and made sure that I wasn't charged. They were professional, punctual, honest, and they did a great job on the repair. It looks good from the outside, with the shingles well matched (which I didn't expect with an old roof), and the leak has been resolved on the inside. All in all a great job for a very reasonable price. I will definitely call them again with any roofing repair needs. Fantastic to work with.

Quick professional and worth the money

Everything went well. Will came out, took a look at the job, made some recommendations and then emailed us a quote. The crew showed up a week later to perform the work. The did an excellent job, very professional, and cleaned up when they were finished. I would highly recommend them.

Work on roof completed in one day by using two crews. Gutters installed the following day. All employees were courteous, prompt, and professional. Attention to customer satisfaction.

Sent these guys an email late Sunday evening about a leak in my roof. They called me the following morning, and had a guy come by the next day.The guy they sent was friendly and professional, and he arrived a few minutes before our scheduled appointment. He looked inside the house where the leak was, and I showed him the walk-up attic where I thought he might be able to see the problem. He ended up getting his ladder and taking a look at the second story roof where the leak was and quickly identified the problem with some improperly installed shingles/nails. He gave me a ballpark guess at the repair cost (and he was accurate), and the boss sent an email with the cost detailed either that day or the next. They were able to work me in a couple of days later and fixed it without me having to be there. I couldn't have asked for better service, and I'll definitely be using those guys again when the time comes.

I am thoroughly impressed with every aspect of Roofwerks! WIll, came to my house and looked over many aspects of my roof and was able to get me a quote within two days.I had another roofing contractor come out and look at my roof later in the week and Roofwerks was well under 1500 dollars of his quote AND he had a "better" rating than Roofwerks on Angie's list. I called Will back and was able to set-up a installation date within 1 week of our call. Upon the day of installation I think at least 10 guys showed up at my house for the job. I was told that they had just finished up a job and that is why they had so many guys at my house but either way I was extremely impressed with the commitment of the company. I say this because I have a small house (under 1000 square feet) and to see this many people show up and ready to work was very reassuring. My project manager, John, called me well in advanced of the installation date and showed up right on time the day of and walked me through everything that would take place that day. He sent me pictures of the progress throughout the day and kept me updated with how everything was going. He even said that OSHA showed up during the installation (Not because of prior history or anything, this was because an OSHA worker just happened to drive by) and if you know anything about regulatory committees, then you know they can really slow a site down. Well, Roofwerks was so on point during the whole day it did not hinder their progress in the slightest and they still finished before 4 o'clock on the same day! I know I sound like a paid advertisement but I am NOT and I am COMPLETELY serious, and COMPLETELY satisfied with the entire progress of the Roofwerks team! I will gladly and happily display their sign in my front yard for the remainder of the time that I have my house! Thank you soooo much for doing such and excellent job!
