Description of Work: We did a lot of research before hiring this company to install a new roof for us. It was a big job, and we're very pleased with the outcome. They took a lot of pains to avoid harming our landscaping (I'm an avid gardener), and they cleaned up behind themselves every day. The owners of the company came by to ensure that we were happy with the progress -- it took 4 days to complete.

They were supposed to email me before and after pictures. But, I have not received them yet. The receptionist was pretty nice. She left me a message after the work was done.

Description of Work: I have a flat roof on the back end of my home, and the EPDM rubber system installed 8 years ago was failing. It had been installed incorrectly, and was leaking in several spots. I needed the whole thing replaced. I called Roofwerks and Baker Roofing each for an estimate, and while Baker roofing was fine, the folks at Roofwerks were exemplary. Once they came out to take measurements, and I expressed my dissatisfaction with a rubber solution, Barry sent me an estimate for TPO - an industrial flat roof solution that is more durable, and long lasting. He met with me at their office to explain the difference between the two, and to answer all my questions regarding installation, warrenty, and time frame. I came away feeling very confident in their company. On the day of install, the crew showed up and worked dilligently all day. Barry was there first thing, and a job supervisor was there all day. We were expecting rain later that night, so they stayed until 8pm to make sure it was all done, and my roof was protected for the coming storm. Barry was back out later that week to inspect the final product, and to make sure it was all done to specification. I can't recommend this company highly enough. From start to finish I got the kind of professional attention I have yet to experience with other contractors. Thank you Roofwerks!.
