+ -1 moreWent with another contractor that was personally recommended by a neighbor. Asked a Realtor friend of mine for a roofer - he recommended Roof Tech - they were my second choice. They needed more time to schedule me into their workload 2 weeks. Pricing was competitive and received quote in timely manner.
Description of Work: Remove and replace shingle on 1300 square foot single story home. Remove debris. Add weather guard in key areas and ridge vent. 30 year architectural shingles replacing traditional 25 year shingle. Repair wood as needed. Replace chimney flashing and vent boots- caulk and seal. ($4400)

+ -1 moreI WAS GIVEN A GREAT RECOMMENDATION BY MY SON TO USE THIS COMPANY AND I AM GLAD WE DID. THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THEY WERE VERY NICE AND FRIENDLY. THEY ALSO CLEANED UP THEIR MESS VERY WELL.
Description of Work: ROOF TECH HAD SOME WORKERS INSTALL A NEW ROOF ON MY SMALL HOME.

+ -1 moreI HAVE RECEIVED MANY POSITIVE COMMENTS FROM NEIGHBORS ABOUT HOW NICE MY HOUSE LOOKS AFTER THE WORK WAS DONE. I WAS AMAZED AT HOW FAST AND EFFICIENT THEY WORKED. I HAD ABSOLUTELY NO COMPLAINTS.
Description of Work: THEY REPLACED MY OLD ROOF WITH A NEW ONE.
