Description of Work: This was my second gutter cleaning from Roof Refresh. I have a toddler who is a very light sleeper, and wanted to make sure that the work wasn't done during nap time. Dave was able to guarantee that the job would only be done during the times that I sent him. The job was also cleaned up very nicely after.

+ -1 moreDave and his helper ("Moses"...an inside joke) were a great pair that cleaned my roof recently. Both of them were friendly and courteous and we had a fun time chatting while they did an excellent job of cleaning many years of black streaks from my roof. They took excellent care to protect surrounding plants and collect / dilute any chemical run-off from their roof treatment by bagging any affected downspount drains. They showed up on time and made this experience very pleasant. Will recommend them to anyone looking to make their roof look new again!

+ -1 moreFirst of all, Dave was very accommodating by fitting me in before our home was having an open house. He did a perfect job, was especially caring of our plants, and rinsed our windows clean. I couldn;t ask for more!

+ 0 moreWhen the roof refresh company comes out, they are just wonderful. They are fast, quiet, and unbelievably clean. We back a park, so we have a lot of bugs and spider webs around the house, and when they pressure wash everything is left spotless. When they did our gutters today, they cleaned their mess and then even went on to blow our driveway and our walk to the front door. Truly for how well they work we think they are priced a little too low. Our roof is way too dangerous to clean the gutters ourselves, so its nice to know that we can trust them to really do a good job and let us know if there are any problems.
Description of Work: This was our 4th service by Roof Refresh and we just love them. We use them to clean our gutters because our roof has an unbelievable pitch to it and the gutters are just too high to safely do them ourselves. We have also used them in the past to pressure wash our home.

+ -1 moreI had serious roof stains, my roof's original color was light grey and before my cleaning by Roof Refresh it was almost black. After the cleaning my roof was returned to the original color. I also have many tender plants next to my house and none were damaged. That was a major concern for me and Dave delivered!!
Description of Work: I cannot describe the exact process since I was not present, however the way I understand it the process involves using a hose to apply a solution to the roof. I had assumed it was applied under pressure but Dave from Roof Refresh stated they do not use a pressure hose.
