Kevin quickly came over to provide an estimate and offered to remove the current fence the next day. As promised, his guy showed up the next day and removed the posts to accomodate the other workers. As the scope of the other yard work increased, I needed more of the fence removed. Again, Kevin came over right away to take care of it. Once the yard was finished, and the fence could be reinstalled, they quickly came and put up the fence and the new gate.

It couldn't have gone any better. I received a prompt response to my call, followed by a fair estimate. Work was completed on time and of excellent quality. I would highly recommend Rome Fence Co to anyone.

I contacted Rome fencing and requested an estimate. I made arrangements for an appointment, as the contractor did say he'd come by if he could during the appointment time window. I waited for 2 hours past our appointment window and then called. He said he got tied up and could not come. I will allow some grace as it was shortly before the holidays, but I did not appreciate waiting at the house and to have received no phone call to let me know that he could not make our appointment. I will try another service provider.

Kevin, the owner of Rome Fence Co., is very focused on delivering just what the customer wants with no surprises.He and his team showed up when they said they would, did a beautiful job on the fence, and came back immediately when I called about a minor concern with one of the doors. I highly recommend Rome Fence Co. for your future fencing projects.

The company is only interested in large jobs. They are not responsive when the work isn't large enough for them.

Kevin (owner) took a week to come out to take a look at the potential job. He told me he would send me a quote. I called him 5 times over the course of the next 8 days. The only time he ever returned my call was when I called from a number he didn't recognize. He told me he had the quote on his desk and would email it over that night. 5 days later and several more calls unreturned .... I give up. I will never recommend or use Kevin/Rome Fence again. Update, I found another company to do the job.

Kevin was very professional and on time. He had to adjust his schedule due to rain but called and promptly let us know. We love our fence especially our dog.FYI anyone wanting to use Rome fence....fences cant be installed everywhere and good fences are not CHEAP. Kevin is a craftsman and knows his trade well! He installs quality materials and doesnt sugar coat what needs to be done. He will not do sub-standard or comprimised installations especially when it comes to the quality of products. All of the negative feed back he has received is from people he did not do work for. Business owners reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

An aluminum fence is more expensive than a wooden fence. They were great guys. They were punctual and very, very professional. They did an amazing job. I have referred them to a professional land surveyor. I had a really good experience with them. I got about nine different proposals and theirs was the best price.

the appt was 11-11:30. he never showed up or called, if he couldn't make the appt. he could have least called

I contacted Rome Fence three times to try and get estimates for a job. They said that they had come out to the house and were ready to give me an estimate but every time I called they said that they couldn't find my paperwork or weren't able to discuss our house at the moment and would call me back. I never heard from them again.

Experience was a no go with this company.

looks amazing! Job went great and could not have gone any smoother. he really did a good job and did not damage anything. came back within 24hrs to adjust the fence as per my pool contractors request. I had used Kevin Rome because a couple of my neighbors used him and loved his work. He was there at the job working with 2 other guys so it went well since I never dealt with a middle man. His quote came in the same as everyone else so he is neither cheap or expensive. I don't believe there is much wiggle room anyway since the materials are so expensive with this kind of fence.

Never called back! Poor customer service!

I got three prior estimates, and this was the best price. He came to do the estimate two days after I phoned him and took three days to come and do the job. It, the work, took about three hours and was very professional. I believe that my good fortune was that this is a small outfit, and times are also hard for everyone. So with no middleman to sell the job I figure that I saved about $300 to $400.

Our backyard neighbors had Rome Fencing install a decorative wood fence. We liked it so much we had the same company install the same thing on our lot. They were great to work with and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Everything went very well. The owner worked with 2 other men and the job went fast. They were most reasonable and did the job on schedule. The products he used were excellent quality. I would recommend him highly.

THEY HAVE GREAT QUALITY WORK AT A REASONABLE PRICE. MY FENCE IS FUNCTIONAL BUT ALSO LOOKS GREAT. IT HASN'T FALLEN OVER YET, SO IT IS DURABLE. THEY ARE EXPERTS AT WHAT THEY DO. I'M SURE THAT IT WILL LAST A LONG TIME.
