Other roofers were not willing to work on my small flat rubber roof.

We had our roof replaced by Rodas Construction after having damage from hail and wind this past fall. Chris Holland of Rodas worked hard to get the details to our insurance company and met with our insurance companyâ s adjuster to get it to cover the replacement. The work was scheduled immediately after signing the contract. Unfortunately, the roofing crew started late morning and was not able to complete the job before dark that same day. Chris heard our concerns and addressed them immediately. He met with us the next morning and assured us the roof would be completed to our satisfaction. Chris returned that afternoon for quality control and made sure our expectations were met and even made a few adjustments. We are satisfied with our roof and would recommend Rodas Construction and Chris Holland as it sales manager.

Very professional throughout the entire process of having our roof replaced. Cole Faulkner really showed a sincere interest in making sure we were thoroughly pleased with their work even down to the smallest detail.

Chris Holland from Rodas construction came out for an appraisal. Chris followed CDC recommendations, wore a mask and distance. Chris explained the plans they offer. The estimate was fair. The crew was very professional each knew there job. Chris checked on each step of the job Good clean up. We were not disappointed, Great Job.

Rodas Construction did a wonderful job replacing our roof and gutters. Manager Chris Holland worked with us closely through the process with the insurance company to ensure a smooth process. I watched them work as they replaced our roof and was very impressed by their care and workmanship. Rodas cleaned up at the end of each day, including nails. We were so happy with Rodas that we have asked them for options and estimates on our deck. Our neighbors were impressed, too. After seeing the roof and gutters come together so well, one family on our street already has called Rodas about replacing their roof.

Sales and project management were professional. Installation team worked hard in July heat and completed the job very quickly. I would hire this general contractor again.

They were not the cheapest, but then the cost is only one factor. Very professional and outstanding job from first contact to completion. The job was evaluated, and then the process of the roof replacement was explained step by step thoroughly. Detail was provided on the quality of materials, as well as the procedures of installation. Thank you, John, project manager. The team was prompt and set about the task. Steps were taken to ensure that our home and property were protected. Clean up was complete and done with care. Great company to work with! Responsive and helpful in making sure we understood what we were purchasing. Workers showed up on time and went about their work. They cleaned up at the end of each day on site and were very thorough in their final cleanup, including the magnet roll to ensure there were no roofing nails laying around. Pricing was very transparent and fair. They worked with us and were patient as we worked with our insurance company on claim related issues. Follow up at the end of the project was quick and simple. John Holt was our contact throughout and was a pleasure to work with. I would absolutely recommend Rodas Construction!

The staff was very helpful. Work was done quickly and craftsmanship was excellent. They completed roof repair and ceiling repair. The ceiling looks perfect. Can t even tell it was patched.

Rodas construction has very outstanding team to conduct their business. The cost of my office metal roof replacement and the jobs they finished are way much better than what I expected. i like the contractor. Mr. Cole Faulkner, he explained l about the work, materials, warranty in detail. He showed up at job site daily to make sure works in progress and keep me well informed. The crews at my house where great, on time and very personable. Since I was working from home, I got to watch through the day. They worked around the weather very well.
