Rockin' Teriors

The granite people were very good and it was called Rockin Teriors. It had to be custom made to fit and they did a good job. They made an error on one dimension and they had to make another piece of marble or cut another marble and came back. After they had it cut, they installed it correctly. Stone fabrication and installation is what they actually process. Yes, they cleaned up after themselves and they were courteous. They were expert in cutting, grinding and polishing marble and the installation, he did a good job. The only thing that stood out is that they cut one of the pieces of marble, we had marble backslashes also in this and they cut one of those and they had to re-do it as they made a wrong dimension. They did that quickly. We hadn't had that bathroom for a while and we had to wait. They did a very excellent job. The pricing was good. When you put in white Carrere marble, it is seamless and they did a very nice job. The responsiveness was good and they did everything on time according to the schedule we agreed to.

Overall, my experience with this company was good but not fantastic. The people are very nice and seem to know their business well. Pros: They're knowledgeable, friendly, and invited me to come in to choose what area of my slab would be used for the counter. When we had appointments, they were on time. They are very responsive by phone. They were very respectful of my home. Cons: They don't respond promptly to e-mail. I was quoted a price for a 2 mm slab they said they had in stock, then was told that they made an error and only have the 3mm available at an increased price. I did have to pay extra for removal of my old countertop which was fine, because the original price was very low...however, when they removed it, they took with it the "guts" that go to the plumbing, causing a lot of extra work when installing our new sinks. There are a few spots on the marble that look and feel like very small chips, but they say that's normal. I've never seen any on any other new marble, ever. Overall, I might use this company again, but would not say I recommend them highly either.
