 + -1 moreEverything went exactly as promised, including the 10% off coupon offered in their ad for internet customers. They responded with an estimate within less than an hour of my initial call, arrived on time for the appointment and were finished in the time they had quoted me.
Description of Work: We were selling our home in Holly Springs and due to other repairs being done that were previously scheduled prior to closing, I had to change the appt. time more than once. They took it all in stride, working with us and going out of their way to send an invoice to our real estate attorney to forward to buyer as proof of work done for settlement.. It was last minute but they did it all without any complaints. I would definitely hire them again. They're very professional and easy going, a pleasure to work with. I'd highly recommend them.

 + -1 moreRJ Garage Door Service was referred to us by our home warranty company when a spring above our door broke. We put in a service ticket at 9:00AM and by 9:10AM RJ Garage Door Service called me to arrange an appointment. They were at the house within 25 minutes after that, and within 30 minutes the visit was completed. In all, they charged us our $65 home warranty service fee for the first spring, and a second $65 for the second spring, which was aged just as the first one was. Then they recommended replacing our metal rollers with silicone rollers for $5 each, which we did. They did not charge labor and they were very quick and efficient.
Description of Work: Replaced garage door springs and rollers.
