Description of Work: They moved the hot tub we had purchased from them to our new home, and somehow during the move the lid to the filter tank went missing. I ordered a new one (at my own cost) and waited weeks for it to arrive. After more than a month it finally came, but it was the wrong lid. I am once again waiting for the replacement lid. Staff is very nice and knowledgeable, but the parts department seems to be lacking in timely and correct action.

Description of Work: WE HAD THIS COMPANY BUILD A POOL. IT MEASURES 20 FEET BY 40 FEET. THE PRICE INCLUDED THE PUMP, HEATERS, AND FILTERS.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE HELPFUL IN THE SELECTION OF THE POOL AND EQUIPMENT. THOSE DECISIONS HELP KEEP THE POOL ALMOST MAINTENANCE-FREE. THE CREW WAS PLEASANT AND EFFICIENT AND ONLY TOOK THREE WEEKS.
Description of Work: THEY BUILT A 32 X 16 IN-GROUND POOL. THEY SURROUNDED IT WITH A CONCRETE APRON. THE POOL HAS LIGHTS, A PUMP, FILTER, AND A HEAT PUMP.

+ -1 moreTHE TECHNICIAN THEY SENT WAS HIGHLY QUALIFIED. HE WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND I WAS FAVORABLY IMPRESSED. HE TOOK IT UPON HIMSELF TO REPAIR PART OF THE SYSTEM SO IT WOULD WORK LIKE IT SHOULD. I HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY.
Description of Work: THEY REPLACED THE OZONATOR OF THE SPA AND GAVE THE SYSTEM A CHECK UP.

+ -1 moreIT TOOK THE COMPANY THREE TIMES TO GET THE LINER CLOSE TO BEING GOOD. THAT MEANT FILLING OUR POOL WITH 20,000 GALLONS OF WATER EACH TIME. FINALLY, THE OWNER CAME OUT TO MAKE SURE THE WORK GOT DONE RIGHT.
