I called to inquire concerning installation of full-house backup generator. Right Electrical Services set an appointment; Company representative arrived my residence on time and went immediately to work with me in inspecting the appropriate placement, discussed with me thoroughly the scope of work to be done, the process of the installation and the coordination Right Electrical would do with electrical, power company and propane provider, and estimated time to complete installation. Representative provided me with a verbal estimate of expense, and promised a written estimate within a few hours. Estimate arrived within 90 minutes; Representative followed up email with telephone call while I was reading estimate to provide further detail regarding estimate. I was the first appt of the day. They were extremely prompt. My techs Rudy and Justin were great. My one new fixture didnâ t come with all of the screws and Rudy was great about it. He had the installation removed from my quote since they would have to come back when I replaced it. He and Justin were extremely courteous and professional.

He also installed outside landscaping lights to light up the stonework on the outside of my house. I still get compliments from neighbors in my neighborhood of how beautiful my home looks now .
