Rick was very professional, friendly and committed to doing top-quality work. He was unable to keep his original appointment time, but called an hour and a half prior to the appointment to notify me and apologize - the previous job ran much longer than he had anticipated. Upon arriving, I inquired about surge protection, which I had not originally requested. Rick was happy to oblige, including running to the store to pick-up the necessary part - no extra charge except for the cost of the part. He cleaned up nicely and took his time, even made sure the outlet plates were perfectly straight on the wall. Despite the job taking a little longer than he had originally told me, he honored the original estimate. I will absolutely use him again in the future.

Rick did a wonderful job. He was here the exact time he said he would be. He actually finished the job ahead of schedule and final bill was LESS than the original estimate. We would definitely hire Rick again

After a terrible experience with a contractor that we hired to do our kitchen remodel, we decided to do the job ourselves, and hire an electrician to do the electrical part. I got on google and looked up electricians and made some calls... a couple electricians never called me back, another actually came out and looked at what needed to be done, told us he'd get us the estimate in a couple days, and we never heard from him again! So I decided to get on Angie's List after all the bad luck and found Rick and called him. I'm SO HAPPY I did. Just talking to him on the phone gave me such a good vibe and put me at ease. He came out, took a look at everything and gave me the written estimate on the spot. We hired him and he came and did so much work for us, and we have him coming back soon for more! He is FANTASTIC. He is honest, he is fair, and he is GOOD! He knows what he's doing. He never makes you feel like any work is too much, such as others (like our bad contractor) made us feel. I love that he does all the work on his own. I am extremely pleased with his work, and am so very happy that we found him. He is the best electrician for any electrical job you need, I guarantee it!

Mr. Kittle accepted the job over the phone, arrived on time, installed the correct junction boxes, the lights and cleaned up after his job. He was very professional and helpful. He provided an estimate on another job that was very reasonable so I will be calling him again to replace other lighting and fans in my home. He got an A Plus in my opinion. I would highly recommend him to other home owners.

Mr. Kittle was available the morning I called to install my light fixtures. He arrived on time and stayed twice (if not three times) as long as anticipated due to the difficulty of the installation of the flexible track lighting. The next day when the track light did not turn on as anticipated he returned at no extra cost and during inclement weather to make sure my light was functioning properly. The price for his time was extremely underestimated, yet Mr Kittle did not increase the price.

We bought our house in March and it required major renovations. We unfortunately came across many contractors who are in the business of taking money and not doing the work. After going through many resources I finally found a few good resource to help with the work at the house. When it came time to find another electrician, since the first 2 started the job and stopped showing up. One of the guys at the house recommended Rick. Rick came to the house, we did a walk thru of the work required. That evening he provided an estimate and the work started 2 days later. Rick spent a couple of weeks at the house to complete the work outlined in the estimate. The work as was all completed and within budget. His work was far superior to any of the other electricians we had at the house before and I plan on having him come back to do more work for us in the near future. I just wish that all my other contractors were half as good as Rick.

We called Rick at the last minute to have some work done in our new home. Not only did Rick show up the next morning to provide an estimate but he returned that same night to begin the project, returning the following afternoon to finish it. Rick is incredibly creative and efficient and we could not be happier with our newly installed recessed lighting. Additionally, Rick found many items that were out of code and/or poorly wired and corrected them As a new homeowner there is no one else i will call in the future.

We have lived in the area for less than a year. The house was new when we moved. Rick has in a very short time has become our go-to electrician. He was referred to us by our trusted handyman, Tom, (?A Master of All Trades?), who assisted Rick with the chandelier and the minor drywall and paint touch-up needed on the recessed lights. Rick was a pleasure to work with. He came to the house to help us plan where to place the recessed lighting for the best appearance, determine the supplies we needed, and recommend where to buy them at the lowest cost. We discussed scheduling and price before he began each job, so there were no surprises. His prices were very fair and reasonable for the time an effort required. He kept in touch by phone as the date of the work approached and completed all the interior work in two days. He worked so clean and so neatly that the ceiling around each of the eighteen lights required little or no repair. We have never had an electrician so meticulous in his work, so focused on high quality, and so willing to work with us to make changes we wanted as the work progressed. As far as the outdoor work he did for us, Rick has become our hero. We were away from home when our landcape contractor called to tell us that he needed an immediate electrical connection for the fountain to proceed and had nobody lined up. He said the irrigation contractor would dig the trench for the wiring. We called Rick long-distance, explained the problem, and gave him the landscape contractor?s number. An hour later he called back and told he had rearranged his schedule to do the work the following day. Rick was as good as his word. Further, when he arrived the trench had not been dug, so he did it himself! Rick does excellent work, cares about its quality, and will go to almost any length to accommodate a client if he can. We couldn?t be more pleased that he has become part of our lives. Our only hesitation in recommending him is that he?ll get so busy he won?t have as much time for us.

Rick was very fair and easy to work with. He came to our house and went over our plans. He provided his input and experience as to why and what he thought was best, not far off from what we had come up with. Rick followed up the next morning with his quote which was very reasonable. We had received two quotes, but Rick was a referred by a friend who was very pleased with his work. He came out two days later and completed the work in a day and a half. Rick was quick, clean, and the work was complete. We could not have asked for a more pleasant experience. Our kitchen received a quality upgrade. I truly hope that if you are looking for an excellent electrician you will give Rick a call.

It went well. He had come out to talk to us about a month before that, because we knew we needed work done. We had him do a couple of extra things while he was here. He was very good. We were happy with him.
