We hired RG Pack to re-stripe the 50 parking spaces in the parking lot for our condo complex. The job had to be done in two steps. Ryan came and looked at our site and was willing to come back and discuss the project with us. He was easy to communicate with and flexible in scheduling the work. The first phase went great, but due to rain being forecast, we had to re-schedule the second day. When it looked like rain that day, Ryan & team showed up very early and did the work quietly so as not to disturb the residents. The striping lots great and we are very pleased with the job.

Ryan followed up to make sure I was satisfied. I mentioned that overall I was pleased, but heavy rain before the sealer was fully dry had diluted some areas resulting in a splotchy look here and there. Ryan came out within a couple of days and made it more than right. RG Pack demonstrated outstanding customer service.

Working with Ryan Goodman was one of the best experiences I had during our challenging 10 month renovation project. He called me back when said he would, was clear in what his job would include and the cost, kept me informed, called when he was on the way at the scheduled time, and worked diligently and with precision. Not a drop of the seal coating got on the freshly painted garage or adjoining walk. It looks sharp and smooth...GREAT JOB! I confidently recommend him for any seal coating job.
