+ -1 moreIf you do not have issues with getting missed pick ups for 2 weeks, these are your guys! They do not credit back missed pick ups. They do not tell you the truth. When you call the would be Customer Service number they do not relay the messages to the local offices. When you call the local offices they tell you that they do not talk to Residential Customers and immediately transfer you back to the would be Customer Service. They just type in the complaint and hang up. I have never had anyone call me about any past issue with missed pick ups. I am not trying to be difficult, but I pay these folks every quarter and the monthly fees continue to rise. And if you do not pay they will surely come and pick up their containers! I am trying to talk to someone with Republic Waste to discuss these issues before I go to Waste Industries. One more thing, it's a shame that you pay $100.00 a quarter to these folks and every single holiday that rolls around I have to load my waste into my car and take it to the dump because it takes them two weeks to come and finally collect the waste. I really hate it for the Share Holders!! BAD SERVICE!!!! To be fair, when it's not a holiday involved, the service is very good, It's their holiday scheduling!!!

Description of Work: I have been a customer for over 15 years. My last bill for the quarter was $102.23. When I spoke to my neighbors they told me that they paid in the. $60's including recycling which l don't use. When l called them and asked to make up the difference for all the years of being overcharged they refused. They charged me for fuel cost administrative fees recovery fees which my neighbors were not charged. They are CROOKS!! I'm going with another company that charges $60 per quarter TOTAL. Run from these crooks
