Did not go at all Over 2 months for an estimate No communication skills at all

Charlie is great. He is a super nice guy and very responsive. He responds immediately to calls and text messages. He knows what he is doing and confident about all aspects of the remodel. He gutted my bathroom and built a tiled shower, installed flooring, tub and vanity, and toilet. He moved plumbing and redid electrical. He had recommendations and found some issues from when our house was built that he was able to address while he had the floors open. If you are looking for someone who sticks with your start to finish, Charlie is a great candidate. His price was very competitive as well! His price is for labor and some materials, I shopped for tile/tub/vanity/lighting/toilet/mirrors and hardware and had those items at my house for him.

Charles did an excellent job with the work. He is knowledgeable and provided guidance throughout the job. The house looks wonderful and a real estate appraisal soon after the work was completed showed a dramatic increase in the home's value.

Mr. Panitsidis was not only able to perform the work but was a great resource for ideas and concepts. He made several recommendations that actually saved money on the project, along with, several ideas that help bring the project's color palette together. Reno-Pro was able to stay within our quoted budget, which included a small contingency for unknown elements such as electrical, plumbing, etc. The work performed met all local codes. The final product has become the center of office attention! The recommended waterproof laminate wood look flooring recommended by Reno-Pro already paid for itself when someone misused the coffee maker and flooded the area. Again, we would describe Reno-Pro to be upfront, creative, pleasant and budget sensitive.

The company did an outstanding job from start to finish. The owner is very knowledgeable, professional, honest, and on time! The craftsmanship and the attention to detailed was top notch. The customer service is also outstanding. Highly recommend this company and we are planning to use them in the near future for other projects.

Charlie offered ideas on making my shower larger and provided me a list of what I needed to purchase for him to complete the job. His quote very good compared to others I talked to. I liked that he did all his own work and was easy to get a hold of during the process. He demo'd the original bathroom and installed tiled shower, tub, vanity, tile floor and toilet. He also painted and did ceiling repair work and replaced the lighting.
