It was unbelievable how quickly Tomer responded to the request that I submitted through Home Advisor. I received an e-mail with an appointment and a phone call from Tomer in less than a minute after I submitted the request. Tomer showed up the next morning at the agreed to time and stopped before arriving at my home to acquire the parts that were required for the repair. Tomer was a very personable and knowledgeable technician. He completed the required repairs quickly and professionally. In the future, if I have a need for garage repair work, then I would certainly call Reliable Garage Door Services first and specifically request that Tomer be dispatched.

Tomar did a great job. He was prompt, helpful and even hooked our garage door opener back up.

Tomer responded to my request right away and made an appointment for the same day. He gave me an estimate for replacing the sensors or replacing the opener totally. We decided to replace the opener and Tomer was able to complete the work the next day. He did a great job, and would highly recommend.

As soon as I posted my inquiry online, I received a call from Tomer stating he could come out that day. We agreed upon a time and he was within 10 minutes of the agreed upon time. He assessed the problem and gave me a verbal quote. He also gave me an estimate of how long the repair would take. The job was completed as stated.
