Had a problem with the garage door opener mechanism that I couldn't resolve this time around so looked up the tech with the best reviews and Reliable Garage Door Services came up with Tomer Shoham as the contact owner who came out at 7:30 AM the next day and in 35 minutes resolved my problem and at a very fair price. Hard to find good technicians like Tomer and highly recommend his services for any garage door problem.

Tomer did a great job replacing the broken spring and the bottom weather seal on our garage door. He recommended installing a conventional torsion spring, which appears to be much more robust than the replacement with an enclosed spring that was installed by another company only five years ago. Tomer is very responsive and was at our place only a few hours after I phoned. Since he did such a good job I asked him to also replace the weather seal on the door. Our door apparently had a slightly unusual version of the weather seal and although it required a couple of trips to complete the job it was still accomplished quickly. In sum, the service was responsive and of high quality. I will definitely use him again for other garage door services.

Our garage door broke on a Sunday morning. They contacted me within minutes of me submitting the job and were to our house in the early afternoon. He worked hard to fix the garage door and the poor repair job done on it before we bought the house. Through the entire situation, he communicated the whats, whys, and how much.
